OMG! Even if I could write in Swedish words would not be enough to describe this BEAUTY. It's insane - what a true treasure. One of the most beautiful journals I've ever seen on YT. When I was a kid (I was born in 1960) we used to bring our 'Victorian scraps' to school and exchange with each other - it was a big thing that gave me lots of joy. I've still got them, love the really old ones. Have a great day!
Oh Ditte, you are a treasure! How much fun that must have been! :) How about paper dolls? I just came a cross some vintage paper dolls and clothes on my journies. I am thinking about adding some to my future journals :) Pam
@@ThePaperOutpost Loooved everything about paper dolls, including cutting them out from magazines, changing clothes, had lots of them as a child! For sure add them in your beautiful journals, so cool! :)
@@ThePaperOutpost I see that you are a new U-tuber, so I wish you the best of luck. I'm certain that you will be very successful. Just give it time. Greetings from Athens Greece
Stunning journal I love all the work you put into your journals and that you use original and hand made ephemera, this is exactly how I like to make mine, obviously not as amazing as yours but I’ll get there 😊 I’ve been mass making and following your book page ideas as much as I can, work just gets in the way lol, thank you for sharing your creativity with us all xx
Beautiful pages..you invested a lot of time and supplies into this journal ❤️💕 you mentioned you live in Florida, I live in the Orlando area, sure would be amazing if we were close enough that we could craft together!! TFS your talents with us..
OMG at the beginning of the journal there is a letter written June !$ fourteen, nineteen forty six. I was only three days old at that time. Too bad I don't remember. Where did the time go......your journal is a beauty. Hug xox
Hi Terri Covington! I love to hunt for treasures and have been collecting for years. Some of my favorite hunting grounds are garage sales, estate sales, friends and family, businesses who are going paperless, thrift shops, antique stores and good old ebay :) Happy hunting! It's fun! :)
Hi! Here is the text from it. :) A Little About This Journal: This journal is meant to be explored, written in, doodled in, a place to log events or hide the little mementos of a life. It can be a diary, a planner, an art journal an inspiration place. The possibilities are endless and you choose it’s destiny. Thoughts and ideas can be captured and expressed. Favorite quotes can be logged and sacred papers stored. It has sundry textures to entertain your senses, and treasures secretly nestled inside. It is a journey of discovery of this journal and maybe even into one’s self. It is a keepsake, an heirloom treasure, something to be gifted, passed down, shared, kept private. It has many tuck-spots and pockets and little hideaways to house your notions. Journaling cards, vintage stationary and mini-notepads abound to give even more writing and journaling spaces. This journal is truly one of a kind on this earth. No two are the same. Each one is made individually at a time by myself to truly focus on the nature and spirit of that particular journal. I hope you thoroughly enjoy this journal that has made it’s long and happy journey to you. May it bring you peace and joy. Feel free to use at will :)
I would love to get one of your journals but every time I go to your Etsy shop they’re not there I know you sell them fast is there anyway you’re pre-ordering them so you will save me one I would really appreciate that Sheila here
