I have every CD Liliac has released and I throw on some UA-cam, go to the Liliac channel and let it run. Almost everyday! It's great to clean your house to and to cook to and in nice weather I take my boom-box outside and let the neighborhood enjoy them too! Liliac has become my favorite all time band RO&RH
No..they used voice enhancers sound board effects voc tracks .pretend play was off lead vocalist. Voice mimic.waz off at a few notes. Lead guitarist was off some notes on that neck slide. I know the tricks used. Yes they did ok to pay tribute to dio as a cover band. ..an dude others are grind stoning the vid to the bone. Serious. It was ok not gr8 ..sadly tho. They did a better job then vience neil who did the song. He. Tottally. Drowned it..😊😊😊😊😊😊

I recommend you go to one of their live shows, they start their cross country tour at the end of January and in the beginning of February they'll be opening for John 5. After hearing Liliac cover Rainbow In The Dark and Holy Diver Wendy Dio contacted them to cover The Last In Line to play at Ronnie James Dio Cancer Benefit concert. So obviously she hears/sees something you can't/don't

Heaven and Hell is from the Black Sabbath album titled Heaven and Hell featuring Ronnie James Dio. Dio joined Black Sabbath after Ozzy left to start his Solo career. After a few albums with Sabbath Dio left to start his Solo career. Basically the songs about the good and bad in life. Liliac did an amazing job on this song but of course they made it their own. Love it!❤
And hats off to Melody for obviously studying Ronnie James as well. As she adapted his famous hand gestures, he ALWAYS used when he sang, as well as picking up his mic stand and spinning the bottom right at the camera. Great job by the whole crew, even Tony Iommi & Vivian Campbell would dig the shit out of Sam's solo!! 🤘Metal Up 🤘

Liliac makes me shake my head in amazement. Sam continues to raise the bar and making him even more my fave guitarist than ever. And Melody pushes the envelope, Aby's drumming gives me chills, watching Ethan and Justin makes me smile with happiness that they are looking like adult rock stars with their stage presence. Ethan slays the bass and remains my fave bassist. Justin's playing his keytar as keyboards is so cool. sigh.... I love this review and I love this video soooo much.

Nobody does a four octave scream BUT Melody. The ending with the flute is reminiscence of the original album cover by Black Sabbath.
I like the sign language she used on you are a taker. the effects of distortion echo doubler and reverb on her voice is so scary. She does sing very well and her sign language is good. Its kinda sad at the end its like the band just took off and left her there to sit on the rock and play her flute. Its a cool video.
Original from Black Sabath when RJD took over from Ozzy. This version is a lot heavier and faster paced. Simply amazing!! This is pure fire!!

This tribute cover of the original DIO/BLACK SABBATH, song is amazing, Liliac once again ,and as always have taken a classic from an icon band , put their unique twist on it, and literally made it their own . I thought the video remarkable,, and again just shows what a talented family can achieve with skill and very little money . The costumes hair, and make-up of both the girls is fangtastic and going by past videos would have also been achieved by family and friends . All in all, another wonderful step on the ladder to the top . FANG4LIFE RORH

Where the confusion may have occurred is that they released a new original about the same time, Rise Up. It’s also the title of their current tour. That’s worth checking out too.

Hello my young friend Lee! I'm glad you caught it before what happened last time. Lol Liliac is growing. Took some liberties, however the bones are still there. I'm so glad she kept the accent on Devil early on. Vinny Appice ( Black Sabbath/DIO drummer) said they didn't do that in studio only the lived. Then he had MeloDia do it with him. Then end is more like the studio. MeloDia always have to be an angel I the end. Lol Like always, my friend, loved the reaction. FYI, It was the Director of Carousel that abandoned them. They had a friend with a drone film this. Sam does all the editing. You would have to look up the 1970 Black Sabbath (the Dio years) album called Heaven and Hell, then you'll understand the song. 🤘RORH🤘

IMHO what makes Ronnie James DIO such a powerful, epic, rock god singer is his vocal range, clean and clear lyrics, stage performance and his phrasing/emphasis in certain words while singing.

Melody sang this song whit Vinnie Appacie's Sabbaht Knights in June 2 years ago. She did a longer version that Dio sang on consert. If you don't now Vinnie was Dio's Drummer.
There is also a rehearsal video that she did with a band called kyng in which it’s her raw vocals and another live version she did with a band called bedrock, and another version she did with vinnie and a guitarist and bassist , whom I can’t recall their names but it was for saw tooth guitars.
I have sen the video whit kyng. You could check up the guitarist under the name DR. OMEB I think his name is Mike carr.

Dio wrote the lyrics. And Tony Iommi wrote most of the music. It was when Ronnie James Dio first joined Black Sabbath. It's also the name of the first Black Sabbath album featuring RJD.

Great review. I couldn't agree with you more. I love Liliac’s great covers. They shine as classic metal. Their originals are great, but this old man wants to hear his classics. Melody covers Ronnie James Dio better than anyone on the planet. She's much more than a great voice. She is a pure performer with her dramatics behind that microphone.
How do all these reactors, so far, NOT KNOW that this is a Black Sabbath w/ Ronnie James Dio on vox cover? I've never even heard the original song (from 1980, btw) and I knew that. How? Because it's literally one of most recommended album titles whenever you search for Dio or related artists on Amazon. Ronnie sang for Sabbath on 3 albums. On "Heaven and Hell" (1980), then on "Mob Rules" (1981), and once again on "Dehumanizer" (1992). Mob Rules also comes up a lot in searches.
If it makes you feel any better, I did say I'd heard the riff before but I'd never listened to black Sabbath nor had I ever researched them..
So to answer that question.... That's why.
