This all-inclusive resort is situated on Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana and offers a host of recreational activities, including an outdoor pool, water sports, and full-service spa. The Catalonia Punta Cana features 10 dining options, 8 bars, and live entertainment. The resort's air-conditioned rooms are decorated in Caribbean style and provide free WiFi, a mini-bar, and a terrace or balcony with a hammock. Grand Caribe Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there are four à la carte restaurants available for dinner. Additionally, guests can enjoy woodstove-cooked pizzas at Pizzeria Sorrento or drinks at the natural juices bar or privileged-exclusive bar. 24-hour room service is also available for privileged guests, and a coffee shop is onsite.

Thanks for posting this video, I’m trying to decide between this one and the RIU Bambú . Any feedback on that one ?
Hi. I have not been to Riu bambu yet, but my wife does and she says she enjoyed this one more. Says food tasted better and the resort overall felt more premium.
My wife and I will be staying here in 2 weeks. Hopefully this location is as nice as the Catalonia resort we stayed at in Costa Mujares (Cancun) location. That one was 10/10

Hi. This is an all inclusive resort, all restaurants and buffet are included when you book a stay for at least a night.

This is the family resort. Catalonia Royal is next to it, adults only allowed.

Hello Pete. They clean the seaweed from time to time. I am not sure whether it's going to be cleared by june, but I am certain you will enjoy your stay regardless as it is a very good choice.

This place was awesome. Sooooo many things to do forget the seaweed. Theres 2 pools, golf course, football field (soccer), basketball court, tennis, shops, and a nightclub I believe it was. And if u go around the back theres a place that looks like a mini farm area. Just amazing
