由意大利作曲家維托里奧·蒙蒂創作的《查爾達斯》是以獨特的匈牙利民間舞蹈風格編寫的作品，以其活潑多變的節奏描繪了匈牙利傳統民眾生活的各個元素。本曲以較為保守的節奏和悲傷的情緒開始，然後迅速升華成更為活潑、歡慶的氛圍。為改變原來作品的傳統奏法，是次小提琴家殷兆基Adrian以及二胡樂手楊恩華將以中西合璧的形式演繹樂曲。
“Czardas’’, by Italian composer Vittorio Monti, is composed in the distinctive style of a Hungarian folk dance, known for its lively and varied rhythms, depicting the various elements of the traditional Hungarian people's lives. The piece starts off with a more reserved tempo and mournful mood before quickly escalating into a livelier, more celebratory atmosphere. As a twist to the traditional instrumentation of this piece, the soloist’s part will be split between violinist Adrian Anantawan and Erhu player Enhua Yang in the manner of a fusion between Chinese and Western music.
