I hate this hangout event, I love lynette as a character. Her design and character have a lot of charm. However, this hangout mostly concentrated on events surrounding her, not her as a character, in past hangout, we could see the reason for why Noel want to be a knight, have a connection with Bennet or drinking "coffee?" With Barbara, this events however does not show the personality or affection of this character, the point of a hangout events to me is to show the character development how are they act around when "not" in a main story line, but in Lynette case, they have to put all of those aside and put in an ARG base decision choice, (which I do not like and think it is stupid) the core of a hangout events is gone and I feel like I'm playing a short side world quest. I love genshin hangout events because we could see how down to earth character could be, but not in this case, every choice we made always have a random characters appearance like Furina or Lynette brother, this in turn, make the character interaction feel like a normal world quest to me rather a hangout event, I love this character but they did dirty to my girl 😭😭 Edit: I just want to add that the only ending that I found like a hangout event was an ARG based ending. The ending is short and has a lot of potential. However, being an ARG based ending, it makes it stupidly hard to get (to me) and too short to truly understand the character 😡
what's funny is that Lyney & Lynette called out Meriux (?) for putting celebrities instead of thinking about his dreams... when hoyoverse did just that to her story quest.. w furina and lyney. (and it worked pretty dang well cause I was so happy to see my 2 fave characters getting along BUT THAT'S BESIDES THE POINT)
while i kinda agree that her hangout event's focus is more on the events happening around her, I think it still did a great job at showing what lynette is capable of in handling such situations, especially without her brother around. sure lyney appears at the quests still, but he is not as involved with the events' development and usually just appears to resolve the plot point. so the hangout still gave me better idea on how lynette really is when not behind her brother's shadow; a very much smart and talented girl that chooses to slack off because it's simply just easier to do (i adore her for that sm) so overall, I still enjoyed it. BUT!! i also would've liked it more if the hangout focused more on her and her daily life for example. (like i wanted to meet more of her siblings aside from lyney and fremi)

actually the problem is the fact that maybe you and i expected a quick normal routine hangout but with the introduction of the fateometer they just added more options and rng ( wich is good in baldur's gate) but not in genshin impact where the dialogue are already long enough. in other word... we where not prepared or in the mood for this

BUT I felt this is was the best story for a hangout ever made till date, the story is bit darker so it keeps in theme with fontaine as a whole which im glad as the audience is maturing and story is too.

Not all of them of course, but that's mainly with said character the hangout revolves around (bennett and barbara are so boring to me). It doesn't "feel like a date" unless you're a coomer, and can be incredibly interesting at times. Idk why people play a game that has lore and a loaded story, if all they want are waifus with no personalities and brainless gameplay. The dark aspects of the story are especially fun.

Does anyone else just play these for the characters? Like Primogems are a nice add on but even if they weren’t attached to these hangouts I’d still play them for the fun of it. I really like how this just gives us more opportunities to just interact with these characters
I think the uniqueness of this hangout makes it mice, contrary to what most say. Lynette doesn't really have so much a personality without Lyney, and I like how she's finally without her brother in this hangout.

Bruh I got a 1 trying to do the 5th ending. Luckily, I have a little technique to get me out of such situations: close-scumming. But still, I'm not sure if that's good or bad luck at play EDIT: Got a 6. Looks like I'm going for the 3rd ending now... EDIT 2: BRUH WHAT IS THIS LUCK, I got a 2 while leaving it up to fate, guess I gotta do more than one ending tonight...
Worst hangout of all time you can finish every story quest released from day 1 to today and you would still finish those faster than an ending in this event. And if it wasn't enough they have RNG in this

Like the fifth ending, rest that woman, Elodie and that guy would of gotten away with crime, in other ending. In fifth ending, woman still won't get the lead cos the manager been contolled by people, having Lynette as lead role. Hope there no more hang out that feature characters I like, they stress me out.

1st - Just finish all 5 endings
2nd - Finish the 3rd ending
3rd - Finish the 5th ending
