  • Bendōwa is Dogen's earliest known writing in Japanese and one of his most important and influential works. Ji juyū zanmai can be translated loosely as "samādhi of self-fulfillment and enjoyment" or literally as the "samādhi of receiving and using the self." Kosho Uchiyama comments, ". . . we can understand this samādhi of self-fulfillment and enjoyment as the samādhi or concentration on the self when it simply receives and accepts its function, or its spiritual position in the world."

    I love all your videos, it is really helpful. Although it is not ultimate solution, i used to belive it but now I think there is no ultimate liberation from live and more subtle way of life provides only healthy mind. I once thought there are doors to heaven.

      S.N. Goenka teaches that vipassana, the mediation that Buddha practiced, is supposed to help get rid of sankaras by being equanimous with the pain.
