I have a Havells 13 fin OFR heater i bought two years back. The heating is not good on this heater; it takes a long time to warm up and even then the heat is not properly spread across the room. It would be more cost effective to just buy a blower heater from a good brand to heat up your room.

Wrong information. It is just a holder/storage for the plug. Reason it looks like an extension board is because of the many markets Havells cater to like US, EU, Asia. So it is just to accommodate the respective plugs.
Read the manual properly before installing and making the video. U have installed the U shaped castor for wheels between the 2nd and 3rd fin. In the manual it is clearly mentioned that it should be placed between 1st and second fin. (near the front cover). Same goes for the rear U shape castor which should be placed between 10th and 11th fin, whereas you have placed between 9th and 10th fin. Do install it properly and then post a corrective video again, so that ur followers are not misguided.
Wrong information given , only burning/combustion requires oxygen. Jaise ki Coal se heat generate karte ho tb. Jo filament wale heaters hai unme oxygen burn nahi hota. to 2000 wale heaters bhi theek hi hai
