Hi Rosie! Watching from Australia 😊. I'm a mum who's a little way ahead of you, with a teen and preteen. You are doing so well taking small steps to get things just that bit better. It's really really tough when you have toddlers running right behind you pulling things out and straight back into the floor, I can see your son is right at that adventurous age and it is so tricky!! If I could give you just a little advice it would be to take one day to tag team with your hubby/mum and get completely on top of the laundry (washed, dried and put away). And then another day to get completely on top of the dishes. Right now it would be difficult for you to declutter because you keep on having to use more items while others are sitting unwashed. And once that is done, make some rules with the other adults in the house about daily habits regarding dishes and laundry so you can all work together to make life easier. I really feel that would be revolutionary for you. I also work as a therapist, often with women with ADHD, and sometimes my clients and I have a little giggle about how we have to tell our inner tantruming child (eg the I HATE DOING DISHES! voice) to let the adult have a turn (It's ok, doing dishes is part of my life, if I keep it up it won't take long). That's a long ramble but all of it mostly to say I'm cheering you on from here!

This is so amazing! I love your videos and I appreciate how vulnerable you were in this one. I’ve been suffering with post partum depression for the past 4 years of my son’s life and it has really not been a great time. I also really enjoy how real your cleanings are. It’s extremely motivating for me and has inspired me to record a video tomorrow to see what I can get done before my son comes home from school! 💕

Oh sweet girl! You are navigating motherhood amazingly! As a mother of 3 that were only 13 and 11 months apart I definitely know your struggles. My little tidbit of advice is find a routine, you mentioned in one of your videos to pack your husbands lunch when your cooking supper… excellent. Also with a small home it seems to get out of control easier…. Storage is key, look up on your walls and see if there is a way to utilize that area with hanging shelves or cabinets. I pray you find YOUR rhythm and happiness! Hugs to you and your sweet babies!

You are not alone, and the fact that you knew you needed help is HUGE because our minds fight that so much and trick us into thinking negative about ourselves and that others will think the same. I too have struggled with depression and anxiety for years and I just want to say thank you for being so open because it shows me that I’m not alone! You got this girl!!!! ❤

This was me 10 years ago deep in the trenches of young motherhood. This is only a suggestion as I was where you were. I found minimal mom on UA-cam around that time, I had too much stuff so it felt like I was drowning! It took me months but after I decluttered my house I felt less stress and I felt more present as a mom. Hugs mama ❤ You got this!!!

I agree with this! I found minimal mom when I had my son and it changed my life! We have decluttered and paired down so much and we still have more than she says too lol. We are a stress free and happy kid home because of it. Takes 15 min to tidy up every day! I love it!!

You’re doing ok if you put a washing on and clean your kitchen and tidy living room before you go to bed you will get up to a lovely clean house you won’t be so overwhelmed when and if you do the bedrooms if you feel like it you have beautiful children see to them first you’re a good mother I watched you getting them washed and ready for their day there is no rules about cleaning do what you can just pick up whenever you see something that shouldn’t be there bin it or put it where it belongs make it easy for yourself we are all on earth and when it’s time to go there no return tickets back so do what makes you and your family happy don’t let negative idiots bother you because that’s what they are I’ve just subscribed to your channel I’m just giving you a wee bit of advice love from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ❤

You are wonderful! You are a wonderful human and a wonderful mama. That derealization/depersonalization stuff is HARD. I dealt with that when we lost our first baby and I also deal with it when I feel a panic attack coming on and it is so scary. I'm so glad you were able to get help. Just a tip - maybe take all that laundry to a laundry mat and get it done so it's not in your way, then throw a load in every time you walk by, or even start throwing it in the washer instead of into the basket and run it when it's full since it's right there in your kitchen!

You are a doll. You remind me of me, I had 2 small kids very young and had postpartum. 50 years later a still feel very off and weird. I have been on medication this whole time. Now as a grandmother it is still very hard to function day to day, but I do. I work partime, babysit my grandkids partime and manage. I always put my kids and grandkids before me. This may be a problem. But they fill me up with love and pride. Hang in there don't let dumb people bring you down. Your right this is your channel and not everyone has to watch, block them if you have to.

Full on tears by the time you were done mopping 😭😭😭 girl I so understand…. For me I still struggle a lot with my mental health and being very triggered when I get overstimulated. I have three boys two will be 15 and 12 so they are just at that attitude and fighting arguing with each other stage and then I have a newer 5 year old who breastfed til 3 1/2 yrs old and has only been with me for 5 yrs so moms alike know the attachment that comes with that… he cries and wants his way and so much more and it’s hard to deal with at times. It’s nice to see a mom on here being open about this… we are human and being a mom is no joke, there are a lot of hard days and I swear nothing gets easier as they get older (well except the constant demands Hahahha). Thank you for posting this ❤❤❤ you got this… and I swear if I didn’t live all the way in Ohio I would come help you get all that tackled and organized 😭😭😭 keep goingggg 👊🏼💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

It takes a lot of time at the moment, but it does help in the long run, I just don’t wanna wake up with dirty dishes in the sink so I always make sure they’re done the rest of the house may be a mess, but I don’t have dirty dishes. Rosie, what you described about the PPD and having to separate from the kids and having the suicide hotline on the phone etc is exactly how Ai felt after my fourth kid. He cried two weeks straight and was just overall a more difficult baby than my others had been. Turned out he had a double ear infection but you're right it gets better and you still have rough days. Forget those mean comments they're probably from people who lack empathy or are unhappy with themselves. At the end of the day you're getting up and accomplishing so much. Even just taking a day to play with the kids is an accomplishment

Thank you so much. I appreciate every comment you leave me. I feel like we have a lot in common! I know it’ll get better with time and I’m so glad to feel less angry now than I used to. 💕

Your husband is totally right! And you should not listen to people who wrote bad comments ( well at least i hope it means more money and better for the youtube algorithm 🤣🤣🤣) You re doing an amazing job! You can be tired and can not want to do housetours. I don t have any children and very often i feel overwelled. I m not a very messy person. Mess gives me anxiety so everything is always tidy everything in its place. But some days I have no energy and do the minimum ( minimum cooking so minimum tydying up) . I sure having a child is very tiring. Petsonnally i even gave up on the while idea!!! You are doing great and you don t care about other people. They are not in your shoes. Little by little you will get there!!! 🤗

Love your vulnerability here. One thing I wish we would tell new parents: it's okay to wear earplugs or headphones when baby won't stop crying so you can take care of them without losing it. Regular ones or noise filtering ones... you'll actually parent BETTER if you can keep your cool! It's obviously not a cure-all but it will get you some breathing room, I wish I'd thought of it when mine cried for hours on end and I also got ragey.

You’re doing great mama 😊 one day at a time. Looks like you’re doing what my Mom taught me, 1st thing in the morning get your machines working for you. Load/unload the dishwasher, start laundry/transfer to dryer. Then get your/kids breakfast going.
Listen to your inner voice, take breaks, you’ve got this, love your videos 😍

Where do you live mama? Hearing you talking about your experience with postpartum depression and rage really hit home for me. I have 4 children at the age of 25. My children are 7,3,2, and 4 months. I stay home with them all day while my husband is at work too. Wish we could be friends! Hang in there and just remember they won’t be little forever! You aren’t the only one.
