HEY Kat I wonder if you are aware of I BONDS , I Bonds pay based on the inflation rate you are allowed to buy 10k a year in Ibonds and the current payout is 6.89% Ibond rates follow the intrest of the inflation rate! Cool Right Bonus you are allowed to buy Ibonds beyond 10k if your buying for someone else, so if your married you can buy them for your wife or your husband, as many times as you want but you can only buy 10k per year for yourself but as much as you want for soemone else, this is a great tax shelter against inflation.

Good info, however I'm surprised you made no mention of Capital One Banks' 360 Performance savings account. Currently paying 3.30% interest with no fees, no minimums. And yes, they do have brick & mortar locations.

Great question! Haven't calculated yet, and it depends on the content. But it takes recording, editing, designing the cover, posting it and later respond comments... It takes time and people to help.
