it is possible to have ventilation and usb ports at the back of the tunnel. As well as a 230v socket. Strange that it has been omitted on this test sample.

The thing with the test cars is that dealerships usually have to take whatever cars are shipped by the manufacturers when they are released new onto the market. It's really weird but nothing the dealers can have an influence on.

Hi great review thanks! How does the cross country compare to the bmw 530d in terms of performance and comfort? I'm looking for a powerful estate to use daily and to tow 1.6 tons, I like the V 90 cross country as it's in between an ordinary estate and an suv.

I have owned an 530 xdrive and can highly recommend it. Great performance, high comfort, low on fuel/diesel consumption... I am waiting for the v90 cc right now and then I will notice the differences. But as performance concerns, the volvo will probably not meet the standards of the bmw. But I might be wrong. Volvo will have better storage place and also will be better in winter conditions. Probably better overall. I will have the car i a day or two and are looking forward to it.

So would you rather choose this V90 CC or the XC60? In the end they have comparable price tags! Although for 90K I wonder whether there are better products on the market...

Difficult question. I guess it comes down to preference if SUV (higher sitting and better visibility) or a stationwagon with potentially more luggage compartment. I haven’t thought about it to be honest. Not sure.

It wouldn't look as nice anymore tbh. New cars nowadays need larger rims, otherwise they just look, let me say it simple> ugly!
I think it looks perfect as it is. But everyone has a different taste.

That's why it's always the best if someone can afford multiple cars for various situations. The sportscar for going fast, the van for transporting a lot of people/stuff, the 4x4 to go over rocks and more... but than one wakes up and realises that there isn't enough in the bank for those kind of dreams... ;-)

I get your point, but as I mentioned with UA-cam being super strict on music and copyrights it’s very difficult to find songs that fit the car theme and are not being flagged! Nevertheless, happy you liked the rest of it.
