(Let’s say one has a 28 day cycle. Remember the mid cycle is the 14th day. So 3 days before and after that, become your fertile period. That means day 11-17 is your fertile period if you have a 28 day cycle. Similarly for a 30 day regular cycle, day 12-19 becomes your fertile window. Now, comes the question on how to track this window in Irregular cycles. See, for those patients the answer is simple. The best way is to then monitor it with ultrasound.)
