@@jimthompson717 I know, right?!?! Who would want to live in a beautiful private mansion when they could have 1 window that faces a brick wall, cockroaches for roommates, the stench of human piss 8 months out of the year, and be woken up 3 times a week to the sound of gunfire or screaming in a foreign language?...
no lie, that house did look AMAZING, very inviting and not hospital vibes like the LA shit, epic. And be sure to google map this, it has a river flowing in the back of the property, charming.
Beautiful mixture of a home and cabin style. Even a lake or brook on the lot. Great colors and design layout. Handsome use of textures. One has everything needed. Only thing, the entry way is just too close to the front, especially with all the land available.
Beautiful estate, but the home is only about 30' above the Chagrin River. That's just not enough of a margin for me, especially considering that flat and open terrain there.
You would have to have: house manager, three home caretakers, a grounds keeper, and possible security. ~500k/yr including utilities, excluding taxes and insurance
But you also got to think of the maintenance, the people you got to hire and I did some calculations and it runs anywhere from a half a million to a million dollars a year
This design is quite good. Now if you took those elements and slimmed it down, it could be had for less $ and add it to MORE land. A 20 mil house on only 60 acres, naaa..
@@05DonnieB it’s the small design choices like this that make you realize that there’s just no thought put into placement. Ask any TV enthusiast the proper height and placement makes a world of difference
@@05DonnieB The One is equally dated and tacky but for other reasons. The one is full of glass railing, shiny finishes, etc. I love the outside of this property, but the inside is terrible with the overused disparate wood. The interior is incongruent. The worst is the steps. Not stairs but steps. I prefer Spanish, French and even Italian villas with natural materials, straight lines, and no glossy surfaces. I hate glossy surfaces - they are the ultimate man-made disconnect from the surrounding landscape that exists.
The $20 million price tag has no buyer and never will be. The Manhattan projects were the entire building block for the $20 million but the living space you got was that 900 Sq foot apartment because the rest was rented out.
Yeah, they're selling because the owner passed away, but they purchased the property for 2.8 million 10 years ago. And then built the house. Aint no way that's gonna sell for anywhere. Near 15 million dollars nobody wants that. It's just old
finally a place worth millions that has a soul and doesnt look like a hotel lobby, amazing
LOVE IT...just one problem........ IT'S IN FREAKING OHIO!
@@seymorefact4333 get an airplane if you dont like Ohio.
And honestly, 20 mil looks fair.
20 mill? jeeze you could get a whole 900 square foot apartment for that in Manhattan 😂
900 ft² ain't enough
😂😂900 SQ ft very very very small to this mansion.
That's a joke dear @@hasibulhasanhere
Yah, but you'd be in Manhattan, no Bodunk, Nowheresville.

I live in the area. it’s absolutely gorgeous in the rural towns. Silent money.
The house is very nice but for me it's the 60 acres of amazing grounds that make it worth the 20m, and then some!
yea I lived in the Midwest for 5 years...and from November to the end of March is a Freezing lesson in Survival.
and you don't Work the land the Land Works you.
@jeffcarnell4431 I'm sure anyone that is wealthy enough to buy this will also have staff to work the land. 👍
Loved this property, I hope you can do longer videos of properties like these!
This is exquisite. This could be a museum.
Perfect
The mosaic tiles are incredible.
Somehow, that price seems low for such a beautiful property. The grounds sell it. I would replace some of those light fixtures, though.
It's Ohio, haha. But soon any state besides the big ones will be big money real estate, all the most populated states will be unlivable.
Actual quality and thought into the design. Surprising considering most "mansions" we seen highlighted
Absolutely STUNNING!
As the previous owner of this estate, I can say it is definitely a touch of louvertoure and exquisitique with bernignon
Insane value for money
This is a fantastic channel. Keep it up.

Sold Out !!!
Bought it in my Dreams 😂
This is Incredible 😮🔥
Uau !!! Gostei do poster do Elvis !!😍😍🤩🤩🥰🥰
Damn great mansion it could easily worth 50 million
anke 100- oppure 1.000 mettiamo pure 00000000000000 valore effettivo? 4-5 milioni .oltretutto e' a sud detroit, uno dei posti + malfamati degli usa.
that's a steal of a deal for that mansion! Wow!
One of the most beautiful house I ever saw
Spectacular. I'd buy that one.
Splendid 😮😊
*_Breathtaking._* 😳
My dream home.
Wow, not bad for the price… I’m so used to seeing 2 story 3 bedroom houses with 0.2 acres for $8,000,000
Spectacular. It’s Ohio, not Manhattan wonderful value for the money. Baby we moving pack your bags

Wow! What a dream!
was waiting for a walkthrough after the intro, but the intro kept going and the video ended
This is nuts
This place is beautiful Amun 👼🏾🖖🏽💜❤️🔥
& how can I buy this I would like to know ?
With money
Expect James D. Vance to purchase this and establish the Mar-a-Lago of the north.

Mega mansion amazing
Rapaiz dá gosto de viver numa casa dessas hein!
Can you please do a full tour of property
My mortgage payment wouldn't even cover the monthly landscaping bill.
The landscaping bill would be anywhere from $50,000 to $75,000 a year
ALL KEPT IÑÑ RESPONSE GROUND'S ✅💜⭐♊
A house that is actually worth the asking price.
My money is only $100 short to buy this. Gotta flip burgers..
I don't want to give it away, so I'll just say nice home!!
Scott Wolstien’s house (his dad founded Developers Diversified). Also a stunning example of why you shouldn’t let a yacht designers do your home.
for 20 mil ya'll have to set the drumset up correctly lmao
awesome
beautiful
When your home is THE destination thats what it looks like
Where is it
Hunting valley near Cleveland
Can you please let me know how can I invest in your real estate ?
It is the 60 acre land and the river that sells.
I think it's more than just the land. Have you not seen the custom wood ceilings?
Interested
I buy it
This would be the place to see a private showing of Ms. Angelina Jordan's new song "Bad Valentine" [ Piano Diaries ] OMG - Yes.!!!
Hmmm…maybe I’ll buy it idk.
No pool???
You didn't see the pool in the backyard? It definitely has a pool
Could you imagine the Airbnb cleaning fee after one night?
What city is it outside of?
It's kind of near Cleveland so that should give you a reference
This is what $20M gets you in Cleveland, folks. #TheLand
Outside of Cleveland not in Cleveland
Maybe Jeff Bezos is shopping on UA-cam
Place looks like a late 90s Hotel Lobby.
I will buy....in 2025... is it everything in 20 mil or more
No way that is only 20 mil
Yeah but its 24 miles from Cleveland OHIO. Uggg!
That's kinda the point. That's where all the money in Cleveland lives. Use to be on Euclid Ave. now out that way
how many rubels or cows does it costs?
10 cows, 5 elephants, two pigs, 20 cats, and 40 zebras😂
did you forgot to put a another zero? 20 isn't that too low for this?
Is that Wexler’s house?
Ah meshe 🐊
Like the location. Detest the house. So much beauty outside and all you’re looking at is tacky designs. This is the wrong house for this location.
Who is gonna clean all that

@the_larsonfamily you can buy homes each year with that kind of maintenance but that's what rich pay for convenience I guess
@fofomp723 I agree. I could help so many needy people/families. They can love me, not material possessions. Ty❤️👍👍🏿
20 mil aint bad for all that
But you also got to think of the maintenance, the people you got to hire and I did some calculations and it runs anywhere from a half a million to a million dollars a year
What town is this in ?
Hunting valley Ohio near Cleveland
☹ I feel like this video is too short ☹
Anyways, can I get a small loan of 20M ??
I definitely would like to see a tour of this
that do you think it costs to mow that lawn like that?
Groundskeeper / maintenance is running probably 50,000 to 75,000 a year
If I’m paying 20mil I’m designing that muf😂

Id knock it down and rebuild
I'll give ya 19 for it
Why is the tv tilted down? No need for that. All that money and people still do things like this that make no sense
you have some weird hangups

Wow
You can't enjoy all of them if you still got to work or having back pain.
Seems cheap at $20 million
Wonder how much gov tax money was used to finance this house and owners lifestyle?
Scott Wolsteins house. He’s the son of wealthy deceased developer Bart Wolstein. I believe he lives here alone.
He passed a year or two ago.
thats pretty sad to have all that house and noone else

But if I could buy this I would also have a home in Hawaii for the winter

well at least there was 1 decent car in there and yes I mean the SS!

Only $1000/sf
But it’s Ohio.
Hence the asking price..
Ohio? Not even if they paid me!
20mill and not have real sauna? sad.
Oh dear, when money meets whims rather than cohesive design. The outdoors is lovely tho.

The yard is disgusting. The amount of resources required to maintain that is just unjustifiable
Needs a redo of interior. Kitchen, bathrooms, primary suite. What was nice back then is now ick. Offer 17million and spend the next 3 years rebuilding
