Low Water Chattooga Section 4 Kayaking

Went down S4 on 9/2. The level was 1.13 online. Anticipation was in the air! A new paddle for me, a new kayak for Tracey, and a S4 PFD for Mike. Justin bought a Hot Whip, so he had it out today too.
