Go ahead and use the clip. The driver made a left turn out of Chase bank into the left turn lane. The light was red and the driver was on the left turn lane and drove thru 3 lanes of traffic . He cut me off and I almost hit him. Just a FYI on the other side of the parking lot the driver could of made a safe right turn and headed the same direction without cutting thru 3 lanes of traffic
