Fantastic, absolute quality performance. You completely nailed the guitar solos, and your bass and rhythm are 1st class. You absolutely nailed it. Knopfler done some classic up-tempo versions of Sultans and you boys were up to the mark.

I like the faster tempo. For the original in the 70s that zeitgeist-the tempo works. We live in an age of urgency and there is an edge captured in this rendition that fits our one step from disaster era. Super job, not sure they even intended this, but a real gem.

You can't do a 10+min solo and expect people to like what you play, if he had played the solo properly and not the long (boring, yes because it gets boring) live version the crowd would have probably cheared. I mean everybody was already aware that he's good but fuck it, he ruined it badly and people ended up bored

Ah, I understand. According to the description below, they did not have much time, so they played fast and there are much complains about tempo being too fast. I think it was a great show!

No entiendo porque leo en comentarios que esta versión esta acelerada, que la están tocando muy rápido. La están tocando a la misma velocidad que la del famoso "Alchemy", más o menos, versión la cual pocas personas conocen por lo que veo... (nótese la ironía). Very good job guys!

Sorry Robert I disagree its a matter of personal choice, this is a song that you need to practice to get the timing perfect. I also understand that the recording was done in the wrong place this was only meant as a helpful observation and not meat in any way to be detrimental to the band
well I play this song for a long time ! he did not sing the song so good, but he played every note correct and in tone, very good !
