Is it just me who found this chart decently easy to read after a couple times playing it? I got the stops down in the second drop pretty easy, CSP is a whole other beast though lol

Granted it was a lot of memorization.

I literally beat this song today first try. If you can beat the Difficult chart, you can beat Expert. To me this song should be re-rated 13 although that can be disputed because of the 16ths, stops and requires memory. If you can memorize the stops, then it's really easy. One of the easiest 14s in DDR imo.
