Loved this! It's so refreshing to see people - albeit aesthetic practitioners - with dermal fillers in copious areas of the face that show how it's still possible to retain natural and 'normal' facial proportions. Well done!
*PDO Thread Lift on my eyebrows was a game changer for me! Loved the transparency in this video! And it was fun to see the genuine connection you all have with one another.* ❤️
OK kids, I need to see pictures of you all prior to Botox, fillers, rhinoplasty, lazer tx's and everything else, except perhaps the labial fillers... Loved this post.
@@DrSarahTonks I agree, especially when executed so skillfully and "as if it had always been like that". Love your channel which deserves a lot more recognition!

Very refreshing that you are so open about all your procedures. But in terms of helpfulness, it would have been great to have seen “ before” pictures and quantities ml of filler used
You are all a great advertisement for the clinic, you all look so natural, fresh and vibrant. Dr Sarah your skin is amazing like porcelain, love the videos Dr Sarah.
Ive always wondered ablut Dr Kishs nose. Only because of how straight and bump free it is. Especially since he looks more middle eatern ancestry. But it looks very good and i doubt the average person would suspect. I think i already knew Sarah had hers done. Its also very straight, narrow and perfect looking. Really impressed you guys were so candid. I've had a few non surgical things done and my favorite is cheek filler. I already have high cheek bones(fullness laterally), however the apples of my cheek were/are very flat. Ive got them filled twice in the past and it was such an improvement to me. I felt so much more confident. And apparently it wasnt too dramatic because nobody (especially at my work) noticed. I just felt i looked better overall. Even younger. I had my lips filled 1 time a little over a yr ago and i couldnt hide that. Lol. Afterwards when i went home and a few hrs had passed I noticed my lips were feeling a little sore. When i looked in the mirror i realized they had swelled up huge, with one side of my upper lip twice the size of the other. I called the office and ended up texting a picture of how they looked and was told it was an allergic reaction and to take benadryl. (Apparently really rare??) But the next morning when I went to work it was very obvious something was going on. It was so embarrassing!! One coworker came to ask me if i was ok, and i had to explain, so the whole office knew. It eventually went down more with ice and by the next evening was fine. Its crazy that the Dr only put in .5 ml total, and my lips swelled up so huge. If not for the reaction no one would have noticed! But i did like the end result. Slightly more defined lip border. 😊
Kish will be thrilled to hear you think he looks Middle Eastern 😭 That’s unusual about the lips but is can happen. Thankfully these things are typically self limiting and go away without any treatment being needed, just time
my goal is just to look like the best version of myself. I realised after many years of diet, weight loss and just gruelling hardwork, that only masseter muscle botox was able to slim down my face. that was huge lesson in humility for me, as I had to accept that not everything was up to me and there are limits to what I can achieve on my own. Ive had other stuff done too by now, but everything comes from a place of understanding limits and healthy goals.
What a WONDERFUL video. So open & honest! Would love to hear what you think is best for deep etched horizontal necklace lines... Can't wait to visit your clinic once this horrible COVID is under control..!
@@DrSarahTonks Oh interesting. I know it's not legal in the US but we have a lot of people that do it in Canada. Very interesting to know what's up with that in the UK. OOhh and speaking of Dr.K I met someone online dating that has a voice just like him! Unfortunately, he wasn't nearly as handsome.
Oh, I'll add my list! Breast augmentation, liposuction on saddlebags, lipo all around my torso, lipo on my inner knees, cervicoplasty (neck lift), upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer, septoplasty (not cosmetic, but still helpful!), fillers in the cheeks and lips, IPL, botox, lash lift and tint, microblading of eyebrows, lash line tattoo, lip blush tattoo. Most life-changing was when I had my breast augmentation and liposuction on my saddle bags. Took me from pear-shaped (second pear comment on the IG post) to more hourglass and I was able to fit into clothing better. I had it done during my undergraduate degree and it feels like the breasts were almost a better financial investment than the science degree...that's a weird one to get my head around. But, every single one of those procedures has been worth it in making my life easier and more pleasant.
@@DrSarahTonks For me it's been over a year and it's still there. I haven't noticed any fading. yet. That being said, I also had some very patchy fading, so I did two extra sessions on top of the first session and one touch-up, so maybe we laid down more pigment overall.
Depends on the quality of the product - there was a report of a brand that that unfortunately left microscopic metal splinters in the skin - not ideal!!
@@chrisgmay16 in clinic we use a machine known as Plasmage which generates plasma energy in a very controlled way (other "so called" Plasma devices can actually burn the skin). LOVED THIS EPISODE! I've had botox for frown lines, forehead, and chin area for corners of the mouth. Also had some fillers; 1 syringe of Juverderm Vollure XC for under the eyes and 1 syringe of Juverderm Vollure XC for nasolabial folds. I just had my first treatment of microneedling with radiofrequency 2 weeks ago. I really want to try Kybella for dissolving chin fat and Radiesse for male chin and jawline enhancement.
Sarah why would you ask such a question? I wouldn’t say you were vain, I would say you are insecure about your looks and who isn’t ? They are so temporary and nothing you can do to the outside doesn’t fill up the emptiness on the inside, you are actually beautiful in your authentic, vulnerable honesty. You don’t lie and that’s beautiful.
That’s very philosophical of you Desdemona. I think I’m vain about some things but not about others. For example I don’t usually wear make up and I dress down usually, but on the other hand I also like surgeries and aesthetic procedures. I don’t dislike make up I’m just lazy with it!
you all look great but cmon Sarah... put all your efforts into getting a nutritionist and lose that excess fat. You'll look ten times younger that no procedure could replicate.
