Is there a big difference in the sound quality between the 440 and the 330 or is the difference mainly just in the available sound classes? I am a musician and I am demo-ing the 330's right now. Best I have tried so far. Just wondering if there is a reason other than wind noise and more control in social situations to go for the 440's over the 330's. $2K difference in price where I live
Sound quality is going to be spectacular in both the 330 and the 440. The major difference appears when we talk about signal to noise ratios in social environments! The higher tech levels are much better suited to distinguish signal from noise and better isolate desired signals. Thanks for the great question! Good info. I'm surprised that you didn't include Tinnitus as a reason to go for the Moment units. I'm also a vocal and instrumental musician, so the Moment 440 Sheer is the one I'm looking at.
Hi there! The speech bubbles represent the ability for the device to utilize speech intelligibility in that particular setting. Head on over to the ZipHearing site and scroll down a bit to see the "Widex Sound Classes" info under the helpful resources! www.ziphearing.com/widex-moment?
Very friendly pricing! Everyone knows that "social class" is the hardest for us. So only 440 can do it? The most expensive model? its +30%!!! over 330 models.
My advice would be to start at the 330 model, and if it's not good enough, give the 440 a try, only way to know :) You can see prices here: www.ziphearing.com/widex-moment?

Are the three sound classes are the preloaded three, but how many "other" programs my audi can program themselves for me to use?
Talking about the 110, I know this is poor people HA, but I'm from a third world country and paying out of pocket :/
Got it, it supports 3 Sound classes and 3 Programs!
Love your website, very informative!
