Hi great job hey i'm from México inhavent seen that disc for cleaning floors online en Cancún could You forward a link to buy that please Nice work there man really
I just pressure washed my house. Doing it (rather than just watching you do it) has the advantage of being very satisfying AND I sleep better at night. :)
I am suffering from many mental things like depressions and this is a channel where you feel better because something bad gets beautiful again. I really like what you do 😊👌
very nice video. As a landscaper and a business owner its nice to see a lawn care company or landscapers be very versatile. We stay very busy doing lawn care and landscaping and snow removal but we branch out to window cleaning and pressure washing residential and commercial keeps every one busy and we got something to do every season. Blessings 🙏
What another terrific job of how simply jet washing what perhaps was not specifically noted as a dirty sidewalk as dirty into a sparkling new finish. Greatwork!!!
absolutely love these videos. they have inspired me to start up my own youtube channel with a few pressure washing and timelapses of construction work. great content. Keep it up
You're getting the striping because your surface cleaner is too big for your pressure washer. The industry standard for surface cleaners is 4" per 1 gpm, so at 2.4 gpm, you really should be using a 12" cleaner, max. If you do enough business, I'd suggest getting a pressure washer with more GPM. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the tip! My new setup is a 4200 psi 4gpm with a 20" surface cleaner, so hopefully it does OK. Nothing smaller could handle the psi of the machine.
Here is my recommendation, so you don't break your machine with the plug unplug circle. Do the brush first, then come back and refinish with the sprayer. As a perfectionist that I am, as the owner of the house, I would pour clorox and remove the last spec. I want to see it glistening. This is super relaxing.
That would be the best route...if I wasn't filming. The time saved by cleaning first then rinsing in two separate steps would be less than the time it takes to set up twice as many camera shots. Thanks for watching!
That really showed off that Kärcher thing. I wonder how it would work on a wood deck in need of new paint? I know power is frowned on on wood, but this thing seems to distribute the force.
ChuckD59 I have the same attachment for my pressure washer. I ran it across my deck really quickly one day, it removed all the algae and slime but I didn’t go slow enough to remove the stain. I imagine if I had gone slow enough it would have eaten my deck boards with the stain lol
This video really makes me despise the fact I had no idea about the buffer... I’ve been pressure washing my 10 car driveway for years now with a pressure washer 😫😫
Everything was so organized in the truck, then you threw the hose in. LOL. Need to buy a hose reel... That was a very dirty sidewalk. Awesome job Brad.

Seems like a waste of time removing the base after after tile to tidy the edges, surely from an efficiency point of view you should do the whole thing then go back and tidy the edging. Much quicker so more jobs getting done = more money and more customers happy
Excellent point were it not for the fact I am filming it. Swapping the head and nozzle repeatedly is still WAY less time than doubling the number and amount of time spent getting the camera moved and framed, which is what I would have to do with the method you suggest.
He's doing it the right way. You don't want the dirty muck to sit and possibly dry on the cement and have to reclean. Check a few videos, this is how all of the (professional) guys do it. They clean a bit (including the edges) and rinse the muck away to keep it from making its way back to the clean surface.
You have too in order to remove the dirt, otherwise if you wait until you are through it's harder to remove the dirt after it settles. Just did my huge driveway, 175 feet curb, sidewalk and patio. Changed back and forth many many times. Plus did my 2100 square feet vinyl siding. I'm 75 years old. You gotta be tough at my age.
Yeah, but you can't really use 'it gets dirty again so don't ever clean it' as a reasoning point. Otherwise you would never wash your car, vacuum your carpets, take showers, etc. ;)
Just bought a pressure washer to add to my lawncare business as well. Have that same surface cleaner in my Amazon shopping cart right now and figured I'd look up more videos before purchasing. Your video convinced me it's a good buy. How are you doing pricing? So far from what I've gathered I think I'm going to do like $65 the first 450 sq/ft then $0.15 per sq/ft after. I feel like the surface cleaner will make easy work compared to doing it with just a regular tip. Should be decent money until I get my footing and start to really figure out how long stuff takes me and what I need to charge.
Thank you for watching and commenting! I think you will be happy with the surface cleaner. I apologize but I don't know enough about pricing to share advice, I keep underbidding and am trying to get it right! :)
I’ve done a few driveways and other cleaning of concrete such as a back patio and I have a minimum of $50 and a 4 car driveway is about $115 in my opinion it’s not worth is to walk around and measure everything usually you can guess on bigger driveways. I did a long driveway that could probably have fit in 12 cars for $300
I've got a little pressure washer and I charge by the tank on all my jobs. When the gas tank needs to be filled.... Time for another 100 dollar bill. Works out to about 100 an hour + set up and tear down. So a normal driveway costs 100 to 200 depending on if they want a patio done and how much sidewalk etc. I've done a corner lot in a nice neighborhood before that had a sidewalk that was literally 100 yards long. Had to borrow hose to get the whole thing and I carry 250 ft on me at all times
Been awhile since Ive watched one of these. It's about time!! Lol! Just kidding. I've just started painting my old rusty cyclone fence, black. It's looking good! As do the sidewalk and driveway. Love it. Thanks. 👍🏻

Also can be one hell of a ticket fuel not secured or in approved carrier and unsecured load. I wouldn't want to pay them. But I also wouldn't want to pay if anything fell off the back of my truck, because it wasn't secured. But thats just me.
You do good work! It's nice to see people who actually give a damn when you pay them. I hired a guy to clean my driveway and front porch. It looked about like this. The sob shows up and dumps gallons of bleach all over the place and then wants to use an outlet in my home for his 79.00 harbor freight electric pressure washer. I told him to get lost.... The bleach smell was so bad that my neighbor come over complaining. I had to explain it to him
Pressure washing is good, I dont need sleep I need to see other peoples walkways get cleaned.
Haha, I have a full pressure washing playlist that will hopefully help you get some ZZZ's! ;)
Hahahahhaha
Its literally almost 2am for me and this is what im watching instead lf sleeping😂
Exactly
Haha lol I just got a pressure washer for that purpose
I love the color change when the surface is cleaned! It looks brand new! 👍
You and me both! Thanks for watching!

@@kishascape it's called a surface cleaner. helps to pressure wash larger areas like driveways and sidewalks.
Better without the music! Jus the sound of the machine is relaxing...the music is nerve racking
Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it!
kinda liked the music, especially the second song
I love the machine sound

Makes me want to get my driveway pressure washed
A satisfying endeavor for sure!

Annoying after!
Imagine being his neighbor, he just comes over and says "Bill, your sidewalk is disgusting. I'm gonna clean it for you." And then you just watch him.
Imagine ordering this, then come home to a completely different looking house almost. Amazing.
Haha, too funny!

Lewis ide probably would end up trying to convince them to let me try it lol. Then again maybe not cause I don’t like talking to people much.

That is awesome! :)
Pressure washing on a Saturday morning is probably the most satisfying thing in my experience
