SFSU UPN Gardens Walkthrough | Spring 2023

This video was taken during finals week of Spring 2023. Sorry for the mess, we were currently moving out at the time. (it was also post-graduation day)
This is 240 Buckingham Way, Garden units. I was placed in a 3 bed, 1 bath unit with 4 other women, so 5 roommates in total.

I'm also tall at 5'11 and I bought a handheld shower head to replace the one at UPN towers and found it to be pretty nice! I did have to put the original shower head back at the end of the semester though, but it's easy enough to do.
I had the opposite problem that you had with the heaters. None of the heaters in my unit worked so it would be freezing at night lol.
Yeah, the bathroom is gross. Mine was moldy as well with the water bubbling above as well. One bathroom for 5 people seems kind of nuts.
I really despise the windows since if I don't open it all the way, the wind will slam it shut. It also had some large cracks. I thought the windows would shatter during the 35 mph+ winds we had in the winter since they seemed super thin and brittle. Luckily they didn't. I don't think I would live at UPN again.

I think it is raising to $1,500 for a double (the one I was in) and it was ~$1,600 for the single (Idk if the single will raise for Fall 2023 though). These prices are for each monthly installment.
