The area is absolutely beautiful! Everything will come together, the hot water heater could be something simple like a loose connection from the travel. I would wash at the sink, make some hot water from your Keurig or boil, temper water with the cold at sink at least you will have warm water. You got this, another story for your adventures. 😊
Nice creek! My crazy goofy boy would probably be out swimming to the other side to retrieve a stick he sees! Lol😅😊 so happy things are coming together hot water hopefully fixed soon.

I love going to deep creek just for a day hike or camp out for a night. I moved a lot further away last year, but I'm always looking at property in that area.
Please feed Kody on Hills Science Diet to help him detoxify and to keep him healthy on good scientifically created dog food. He is WAY over weight & I can see that for his future health & longevity he needs a diet free of all the crap that is contained in cheaper dog food. Test Kody out by giving him what you are currently feeding him on along with Hills Science Diet for dogs and see which one he immediately goes for! This comment is not a criticism but a plea for helping Kody. The way he is moving shows he is in pain in his joints. Losing weight & a diet on Hills for dogs will help him so much. The dry dog food is so easy as long as he has access to plenty of fresh water. Cheers Melissa & Kody.

Gosh, what a pretty creek that is that you get to visit anytime you want! Kody and Molly looked like they were really enjoying themselves! I could relate to exactly what you were feeling when you were in that area near the creek where it just lifts your mood so much! That’s how I always feel when I visit my favorite areas in North Georgia! living in a city like Tampa is so different than the small towns up in the mountains! There’s just a certain calm that comes over me when I am up there! I know things are a little chaotic right now, but slowly but surely you will be getting settled in! Keeping my fingers crossed that you get the hot water heater situation figured out🤞🏻🤞🏻

Could be the water heater issue be as simple as you are out of propane or the tank isn't turned on? (or perhaps the switch at the circuit breaker is turned off, since I would think it may need electricity to light the pilot when you turn the water heater on.) (I'm certainly no expert, just a few ideas to throw out there.)
