I absolutely love this woman. The partnership she has with Alex reminds me so much of my parents, both of whom never forgot what it’s like to be young and to enjoy being alive. They have the same sarcastic, witty banter and my mum was a straight shooter like Clare, which is very unusual for Japanese women…they’re usually quite meek, proper, and passive…after watching a bunch of Irish channels on UA-cam, I think my mom related to Irish people ‘cause she gave me and my brother Irish names, Sean & Shane…and had she not lost her first one, I would’ve had a big sister called Siobhan. So Clare, if you’re reading this, please keep trying ‘cause I think you’ll make a wonderful mum and they will be blessed to have a mum like you and an awesome dad like Alex. I genuinely think that you both will be top tier parents who will raise good, honest, healthy Irish citizens, but even more importantly, good, honest, healthy human beings.

* In your “USA vs. Ireland: Rugby match” vlog, I had to audibly laugh when you changed “God” to “Buddha” ‘cause there are these sayings like “Heaven knows…” and I change it to “Nirvana” ‘cause that’s the closest thing we have to Heaven in Buddhism. That’s just me poking fun at religions ‘cause it’s taken so seriously. Christians are always telling me that Buddhism isn’t a religion, and they get so livid when I reply, “oh, okay,” I frankly don’t give a sh!t…bottom line is our priests and priestesses tell us to be good to others, help others humans out, don’t hold onto grudges, don’t get lost in jealousy, and to show compassion and empathy. In the US any person that is a Justice of the Peace can conduct a marriage ceremony. So we had my wife's best friend become a Justice. She took it very seriously.

Why would Alex want to do a Try shoot, he's happy being the male lead on the Clisare channel where he's a superstar.. but I admit would love to see him in one of the strongest booze shoots. When asked about pet peeve's surprised you didn't mention rinsing dishes before putting them in dishwasher, taking empty boxes out to the bin and I think there was something about "go tea". This was a lot of fun to watch with my husband because we would point to each other to answer some of the same questions. He's the cook for sure and is handy at the yard work as well. Clisare, I can't have children and am past my prime on that but I wish so much for you and Alex to have a child as I think you would make great parents.
Great video.....thanks for answering my question....I had a thought as you were answering someone's question about how you handle the near constant banter...and I may have commented on this instance of the banter before but....when your partner is supposed to be writing you an apology note and they write "I apologize for absolutely nothing...Go fvck yourself" and your immediate reaction is to laugh....it's a pretty clear sign that you're in a great relationship....

Once again thank you for a great video. This time it was actually quite educational (not just answering dumb youtuber questions) because you got to the basis of the questions. I frequently wish I knew how other couples work and now I know. Keep up the content and I still don't understand why you don't have a billion subscribers. UA-cam put an add right in the middle of Alex's wedding speech about your mam. That was the absolutely worst timing for an advertisement ever in the history of the world.

Hannah Witton, who is also trying to get pregnant, has a really comprehensive video trying loads of tracking fertility methods and apps, you might find a replacement for Flow.
Also something I've realised as friends have started trying is that, even with normal fertility, it can take a while to get pregnant. I hope once you start trying again you don't have to wait too long for good news
I've watched your wedding video a few times in the past because it was so well done and the day looked amazing.
As someone who is sterile I suggest if you continue to struggle with fertility you do not stress yourself before getting your husband checked out. Our doctor told us it is far more frequently the man that is the "problem." A miscarriage at 10 weeks is no indicator, unless there is some other problem, that you have a fertility problem. a large percentage of all pregnancies end in miscarriage in the first trimester. Yes, I learned way too much about pregnancy and fertility when I was going through what you were going through until I went and filled a cup and found out the actual truth. Now we have foster kids and it isn't perfect but it is better.
Listening to how you got married and your marriage made me think of mine... the wife and I were shacked up for a few years first so we both never felt the need for the big church white dress wedding. We got married in our apartment 34 years ago on a Friday the 13'th. Yes, the date was on purpose. When I went to put the ring on her finger, I guess her finger was bent a bit and I had problems, without thinking I said "Oh Shit" loud enough for everyone to hear... We still finish each other sentences, make each other laugh, tell each other that we love each other as we go to bed... Never go to bed angry with each other.
Watching Alex's speech got me in the feels, beautiful.

I am so sorry about your experience with miscarrying. That is so very tramatic and hard. I know and walked that path. Don't get to frustrated with your journey to having kids as 6 months seems like a long time, but trust me it took a lot longer each time for me to get pregnant. Just know that it is common durring the first trimester to misscarry and the average is 1 in 4 pregnancies. I know when they told me that it didn't feel that helpful, but in some way after I first heard it I was able to start to think okay 2 pregnancies down one miscarriage and therefore the next one should be viable and strong. The next one was my son. I had given up on him and was actively working on adopting when I found out I was pregnant with him. He is 22 now!! It will happen!

Yeah, as an officiant (which is what we call the person officiating the wedding in the US) the conduct you describe sounds very unprofessional. Weddings I've officiated, if I didn't know the couple well, I stick to a standard, fairly impersonal, ceremony. Leave the commentary for another time.

Has age changed your perception on having children? I just turned 30 and haven’t wanted children before this year. I had a loss last year, but it didn’t really effect me in wanting/not wanting. I have PCOS and gave up on the idea, until now.
Definitely, it was like a switch flipped around 31/32! I’d say it was more all the kids around me really.

As evidence by some of the questions, stereotypes don't come from nowhere. knew a redheaded couple who took to fighting unlike any other. The first time I went to their place, I was witness to them screaming at each other like they just caught each other cheating. I just sat there quietly until they got over it, calmed down, made up and, then apologized to me. I said I been to prison, I've slept through worse than that. Then they surprised me by asking who started it. I honestly did know because, they knew exactly how to push each other's buttons, it went from zero to four alarm fire before I realized what was happening.
I'd just about bet Alex finds it incredibly cute when your angry and, that really pisses you off.

Unsolicited advice but have you two tried Clomid? I'm infertile and I tried it for two rounds, it didn't work for me personally but my reproductive endocrinologist said something like 80% of women can conceive with it. I had to take it for a few days and he had to abstain from ejaculating to let his soldiers build up and then you do it on the day your doctor instructs you to. If you haven't tried it already it may be a good next step for when you two are ready to crack on with it. Best of luck in your journey, I'm rooting for you. ❤
