Such a wonderfully beautiful song. Coke studio Pak never stops to amaze. As an Indian Punjabi I am simply awe struck. They are currently producing better quality of music then we get here in the Northern part of India. Such variety of themes and subject matter along with collaborative prowess. Wish to see them live. We have so much more to offer than what we do commercially. But Koina abh humari bhi entry ho chuki hai. Coke studio Bharat will also punch a whole in the sky. 🤘🏻
The video is beyond stunning. I'm sure lots of people are taking notes. Lots of copy cat attempts coming soon from other Coke Studios as well as Bollywood. Only thing is that this video is replete with symbols particular to a certain era in Punjab, in Pakistan so every thing featured here is unique. An absolute piece of art.
Also, this track is meant to appeal to the masses so in that sense it's meant to sound different from other Coke Studio tracks. And that's not a bad thing. It's meant to be a celebration of life and culture for everyone. Each Coke Studio song is created with a special intent, nothing is accidental or overlooked.
