My method for homemade chips is tortillas and cooking oil on a pan in the oven until hardened and then season FYI cut the tortillas into triangles
My mom used to cut them up and fry them and put sugar and cinnamon on them afterwards. Super unhealthy but if you have a sweet tooth they’re good.
