You estimate how much space you’re going to use when you reserve the truck. But once you actually fill the truck up and you use less space than you reserved you pay less or if you use more space than you reserved, you pay more.
Funny you called the ramp a ladder, while loading one of these yesterday all I was naming it as well. And the grips on the wood doors would not for the life of me shut all the way.

I probably called it ladder because it looks like one before you slide off the truck into a ramp
