I have a huge love and respect to BigHit Staff for taking care of BTS this much. As fas as I have seen BTS and their staffs have the most endearing working relationship. We can always see how each of them are comfortable with each other. Besides, this also shows how good people BTS are. Coz let's be honest, no matter how popular, rich and big of a person you are, if your character & personality sucks, your people will leave you and badmouth you wherever they go. So far, everyone working with BTS whether it's temporary or their Official resident staffs, all of them have said positive feedbacks to BTS from Cameraman, makeup artists, Bodyguards, PAs and others. And BTS have always expressed their gratitude towards those people behind cameras. There was even a time where Jungkook, after receiving their award on a show, he dedicated his entire speech to thank them and giving a shoutout to their staffs and everyone working with them. Some of the staffs were even caught tearing up and crying at the corners while watching him giving his speech. 💜
definitely, this company has become huge so the pressure probably builds up to some level, but its so relieving to see that they share a great environment to work in.
