Wonder why one after getting selected in Group A service , why one is allowed to repeat the exam by the Govt just to improve the "rank" . The Trainee offr once selected doesn't do justice to his parent service and is focused on his exam. In the bargain a seat is wasted. Either you don't take the seat and continue preparation or make peace with the service one has got and serve with dedication.
