The Badlands

"The Badlands" (Film R-653) was filmed in 1974 by the KELSEY INSTITUTE. This instructional film depicts the Badlands area in the extreme south of Saskatchewan where glacial deposits are thin or absent resulting in landscapes controlled by exposed bedrock. Three areas detailed are: the Frenchman River, Killdeer Badlands, and Big Muddy Valley.
