"Ask the ghosts of the dead if honor matters and their silence is your answer" saw this quote (or something along those lines) which lead me to a similar train of thought about how AC protagonists are typically portrayed. Dawn does seem like it might do something similar to that.
Basically every enemy in Aces sees them that way. The Grim Reaper, The Three Strikes (mark of damnation), Demons of Razgriz, Nemesis. One side sees them as knights the other side sees them as demons

The more I listen, the more I start to recognize Pavli's style I hope that one day, I'm watching a movie or playing some AAA game, and I stop to listen to the music only to realize "Wait, I know this style..."
For me it's the complexity of the rhythm and percussion mix, combining conventional instrument and techno-style noise.. And obviously the sinister aura yet optimistic attitude that exudes from the harmony.. (not being hyperbolic, but that's what i got)@@DEDomain

It just feels like our ace, either Zodiac or the other one with the Black F-15 is being held back momentarily, his orders are not to fire as his target is right in front of him, he's being told to wait for the right moment, but he just can't. The electronic glitching is like every nerve in his body screaming to be let loose, and that sudden SCP-682-esque roar is like the moment where he either has enough and decides "fuck it, I'm killing this bitch now" or he finally gets the order. Holy shit, Jose. Ho-ly shit.

Everything you have composed is the reason why i have been so interested in music recently and i cannot even describe how gratefull i am for that. If i lived in europe and had a succesfull job like i do now, i would probably be sending half of my pay on this project every week. The music you make has been a litteral blessing to my ears. Reminds me of the, "Peacekeeper," themes from Project Wingman and, "Tail Man," from Ace Combat 7. There's a menacing, frantic percussion and tempo to this track that can only belong to an ace squadron.
this song scares me because just what kind of mission would require this kind of song. the Conscience of Power mission gave me the feeling of helplessness just watching all those missiles hit the city and hearing the soldiers saying that the earth under them is tearing apart. just makes me think about just how you manage to one-up Belkin's. seeing how you put some much into project wingman I look forward to seeing just what you can do with Dawn. The sky maybe unknown but you seem to know the way good luck.
