This discussion was recorded at the Oxford Buddhist Vihara three months after Venerable Candā had moved into our previous Vihara in Oxford.
After greetings and introductions, the discussion starts (2.47) with Venerable Candā outlining the nature of mindfulness imbued with loving kindness. Both Venerables give examples from their own practice to illustrate the points raised. There then follows a wide ranging discussion and question and answer session.
