Awesome video! Informative while making it fun and engaging. Love my Moroccan oil heat protectant spray. It’s not sticky or greasy at all. Thanks for sharing your favorite products, Summer 🫶🏻
I love the Tresseme line of products. I also love some generic products from Sally Beauty (Kenra 25, which in the generic is more like a setting spray). There is one mousse that I will spring for, and that is Redken's full volume. Best expensive mousse I have tried.
I haven't used Redkens mousse in so long. They are always solid on most products though! They used to have a one product back in the day, Control Touch that was more of a "whip" and I was SO SAD when they discontinued it.
I am living for this product review, this was so enjoyable to watch from start to finish and it was great to see the really honest feedback about all products.
@@SummerBeautyc The Moroccan oil products. I use Kenra mousse but I’m thinking it’s drying my hair. I have fine hair. I also use the root lifter. I will use them up, but I’m not too happy with either.
Another entertaining, educational and crisp video, Summer! The volume and 2nd day results are undeniable… Moroccan Oil root lifter and mousse for the win! It is pricey, but if I can keep my hair from falling flat, I need to try it!
They are my favorite but I was really impressed with how well the Tresemme refluffed on day 2. I felt that I almost had more volume on day two with them than day one!
I want to try more! Their root lifter had a decent amount of reviews but I couldn't get it in time for the video and wasn't actually in stock anywhere!
This is the exact comparison of the exact products I’ve been considering from the exact UA-camr I’ve been wanting it from!!!!!!! Too excited for this one!!!!!! 🥳🥳
Yay! I hope you enjoyed and enjoy the products. Yes, I noticed when linking, the Tresemme seemed to only come in multiples. Probably due to shipping costs with the affordability of the product.
Summer, would you recommend this exact prep routine for curling? I’ve tried everything for curls and blowouts and they don’t last on my hair! I’ve tried vintage wet sets, sea salt texturizing spray, volume mousse, and every tip you can imagine for hold except for hold mousse. And most of them seem expensive plus the delivery cost is not cheap since I don’t live in the US. 😢 but I will order the Tresemme one 😊🎉 and I hope it works because I’ve spent a lot of effort in it! Lol like it’s my last hope. I always watch your videos and recommend them to my thin haired friends, I like how you put effort on them!! ❤
You can use these same products for curling yes. If your curls have a hard time holding you may need to ad in a light weight styling gel. Kenras Styling Gel is I belive $20 USD. Tresemme Extra Hold Alcohol Free Hair Gel could be used as well but with either product you do not need to use a lot. Because it's a gel if you use too much it will make it hard to blow dry your hair, so always start with less and add more the next time if you feel it didn't get every in the hair. Thanks for watching and recommending the channel, it means a lot ❤️😊❤️
@18:20 i love this side by side comparison. Such a great video!!!! Really well done, I know this took so much time and effort...bravo!! Quick question --- what about Tresemme's 24 hour volume mousse? the one with the pink/black packaging? Just wondering why you picked the Extra Hold mousse over that one - would love to know your thoughts!
@SummerBeautyc 😁 Could you perhaps do a tutorial on how to use the GHD Rise hotbrush? I've seen great reviews about it, but people also say that it takes a while to get used to it, but once you do, then you get great results. Maybe you could also do a hot brush comparison video?
I LOVE the heated brushes! I will have to look into it, my brain is already going wild with video ideas I could do. I might have to bring back Detective Autumn 😂
I tried the Moroccan Oil volume spray and mousse and they definitely don't leave your hair feeling like you have products in it. Unfortunately, for me, the scent is super strong, it lingers and it just smells so bad. It smells like a musky scent with a spicy undertone. I kept getting a whiff of it throughout the day and couldn't wait to wash my hair. 😞
Thank you for sharing! I don't love their volume spray or thickening cream but do love the mousse and root lifter. Spicy is a good way to describe the smell actually. What other products do you enjoy?
@@SummerBeautyc I really like the Alterna volume products. You can feel them in your hair a little bit but it's not as gross as some other volume products I've tried.
The smell would be my biggest complaint. I don't find that the scent lingers so how strong it is at first but it would be so much better if it was lighter in smell for sure.
Wow Summer your videos keep getting more and more impressive, the production behind this one deserves an Emmy 👏👏👏
😂 it took so long! My computer hates me when it comes time to edit lol but I have so much fun making these. It keeps things fun!
This video is next level! Well done -totally going to try the winners
So glad you enjoyed!
Great job. Boy, this was a lot of work for you! Very appreciated!
So glad you enjoyed it!
You are so much fun! Thanks for the science and entertainment.
I am glad you liked the video. I aim to entertain!

Thanks for watching! That heat protectant is by far my favorite! I always go back to it no matter what.
You make amazing videos!! Thanks!

Another winning video! For that easy price, I'll have to give the Tresemme mousse a try. (I do love my Morrocan Oil mousse, though!)
The price point is hard to beat!

Thank you so much for all your efforts 🌸. I am going to buy Moroccan oil. I have thin and fine hair. I’ve been binge-watching all your videos.
Glad you enjoyed the video! Moroccan really is my favorite overall but Tresemme had me quite impressed!
It works well, just wish Moroccan didn't smell so strong
It is strong. I have had some clients ask me not to use it on them because they hated the smell lol
@@SummerBeautyc Right 😊
May I request you to make a video on Redken Volume Shampoo Vs Moroccanoil Volume shampoo?
3 Summers, now this is gonna be a wild ride 😲🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
A wild ride indeed 😄
Great video for fine hair. I have thick, medium hair so I can’t use any root lifter or volume mousse.
My next video planned is for those looking to smooth their hair and need frizz control!
Loved this video! I would like to see how you like Garnier products 😊
I want to try more! Their root lifter had a decent amount of reviews but I couldn't get it in time for the video and wasn't actually in stock anywhere!
Not a fan of Garnier, myself.

I'm glad you enjoyed! This was a labor of love for sure, but so fun!
I picked the Extra Hold because it had the most reviews and highest star rating :). I am curious to try the other one.
I have used the plumping mousse and it is my second favorite, next to Redken's full volume mousse ($27).
AWESOME video! I use the Moroccan Oil products and love it. Last time, I was team Bouncy Brenda, but today, I think Silky Sue's results were better😂.
I always love that you love Moroccan! Poor Brenda just couldn't get it together today.
