After planning for around one year, Freddy finally reaches Ontario Mills in Ontario... California. This is the most visited mall in California, with 28 million yearly visitors, and it is the largest single-story mall in the Western Hemisphere. It's also one of very few Mills Corp malls still in existence.

This outlet has a California Welcome Center because it's considered much closer to the Nevada border than say, South Coast Plaza is. A lot of international tourists also stop here between trips to Vegas or other desert areas.
