Bihar Teacher Transfer Policy: 10 प्वाइंट में समझें, क्या है बिहार शिक्षक ट्रांसफर पॉलिसी

Recently, a new manual has been issued by the Education Department regarding the transfer-posting of teachers in Bihar. Teachers have been waiting for this for a long time. The government claims that under this policy, now BPSC-appointed teachers, old teachers and competent pass teachers will now get a chance to stay in their district. With this decision of the government, this policy has been made keeping in mind about 5 to 6 lakh teachers. Soon the process of taking online applications will be started and transfer-posting will start from December. Ten options will be given for transfer.

बीते दिनों, शिक्षा विभाग की तरफ से बिहार में शिक्षकों की ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग को लेकर नई नियमावली जारी हो गई है. शिक्षकों को इसका लंबे समय से इंतजार था. सरकार का दावा है कि इस नीति के तहत अब BPSC से नियुक्त शिक्षक, पुराने शिक्षक और सक्षमता पास शिक्षकों को अब अपने जिले में रहने का मौका मिलेगा. सरकार के इस निर्णय से लगभग 5 से 6 लाख शिक्षकों को ध्यान में रखकर यह नीति बनाई गई है. जल्द ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन लेने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जायेगी और दिसंबर से ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिंग शुरू हो जायेगी. तबादले के लिए दस ऑप्शन दिये जायेंगे.
