Fast Wiper replacement for X5, X6 and X7

If you have a G05, G06 or G07 (X5 through X7) then this video shows you how to quickly and easily remove your old wiper blades and install new ones. It also explains how to access the wiper arms since they will be located under the hood (service mode.)

This also applies to G01, but please note that the top lock size might be different (16mm for G01, 19mm for the other ones I believe). Please triple check lock type & size of the wiper before you order online.

I thought the same thing but will say once you figure it out it’s pretty simple. But as a whole, yes, everything is over engineered to help justify cost.
