Very helpful video, thank you. Although it is October, my dendrobium has many buds, as well as a new shoot. Should I still be watering and feeding even though it is the winter rest period? Thank you.
Generally if it is growing new shoots then it needs watering and feeding. No matter what time of the year. Keeping it dry when not growing will help with the flower production.
Might be too warm but this usually happens if it’s too wet. They can stand losing some leaves though and will continue to grow and flower happily. As long as it continues to grow and flower I wouldn’t worry too much.
A high potash feed is a common term for a feed high in potassium and phosphate. With the NPK ratio the 2nd 2 numbers should be higher. Tomato feed is typically high in potash as this encourages flowering. Yes you can email us through our website with any queries.

@@burnhamnurseries9096 Many thanks for the advice.
Hi. How long do dendrobium need these cool winter nights?
Follow the natural winter season so starting to be cooler from October onwards with it warming up naturally around March
Hi mine grow new pseudo bulbs but the leaves fall before they flower. They still have some flowers without leaves. Are they too warm? Thanks

“Potash” feed? Not sure I know what that is. Do you check your e-mail for longer more specific questions? Thanks, Pix Mahler
