I love that you look for reference books. They are invaluable, even if the price guides are old. That’s how I started learning about vintage and antiques. Gold star for you!!!
Looks like the bird in the bag was a pie bird at 5:50. I sold the only one I've ever found thrifing two years ago. Can't exactly remember what I sold it for. Over 20 I'm pretty sure. Sold rather fast as well.

It's awesome finding them at thrift stores! Great way to learn about items I'm buying/reselling.

I've never heard of "pie birds" before today! Thank you for that information 😊
Great find on the Briard. He sells well in MA!! I also like his life story
Unfortunately these particular ones didn't 😕
I'll have to read up on him!
Walnut item with lidded bowl is a humidor and the slots are for holding pipes.
Ah, ok. I've never seen one like that. Thank you!
I love savers!
Me too!
That wooden piece with the glass jar and indents was a humidor and pipe holder. Vintage
Yes, you're right! Now I know for next time. Thank you 😊
Omg,that butterfly box is superb 👌
It was very pretty, but it doesn't resell for much.
New here …. Do you have a video where you go through what you bought at home ?
Welcome! I do not, but I could start doing that if you'd like.
