I cut sodas out my diet altogether. I don't eat anything after 7pm. It's easy just eat a lil healthier everyday. I didn't have a goal on how much I wanted to loose, I just wanted to 've healthier because I have heart disease in my family. I've lost another 8 lbs in addition to the 17 I've lost.
