@Mitch1938 It depends. Tom told me they were to begin in February. Now that it's March, some might be going, but I believe it's still gonna be a few more months until ALL the sirens are completely replaced. It's mainly the dead ones that are most likely the first to go. I do plan to go to Merrill Park on the 13th. I'm making it my final Milwaukee trip for the old sirens since I've got the ones I wanted before they go. I would like to film the (Would be) T-135AC/DC at Greenfield Park once it's hooked up after being installed as my first T-135 to hear up-close in person. With GF's P-50 being my number 1 favorite P-50 siren worldwide, I'd figure that filming the replacement siren as my first Milwaukee new siren would be worth being my first T-135.
@@Siren1000T1From what I heard, they are going for the P-50's last. I certainly hope that P-50 stays up to this year's tornado drill. As I want to catch it's last tornado drill run on this system before (hopefully) a T-135AC/DC takes it's spot.. As I've mentioned before, that P-50 is my childhood siren.
Nice video Dan! I saw Jeff's video of the Allertor and thought it sounded like this siren didnt do the alert part of the test. Weird.
Used to live right down the street from here, on lakeview ave
I love how just shakes it’s doing the boogie-woogie
We are one of the towns best sirens among town These are the loudest in the world
i thought this system stopped testing?
Milwaukee County tests monthly on the second Wednesday of the month.
@@Siren1000T1 ik that but i saw a video of a p50 and it said it was its last test

Did I just heard like a WPS-4004/ Vortex? If so that's cool in the ambience
South Milwaukee doesn't have any Whelens. That was a T-135AC/DC you were hearing.
Sounds healthy
Why does the south side of Milwaukee County sound like it takes a minute for all sirens to activate and turn off?
The county had some issues that day with some of their sirens. Some failed to activate and some only did half the test.
It makes me laugh
