I just started University last week and it was difficult and I spent all of yesterday listening to pure gospel music and it helped alot. This morning was especially rough and I was still listening to gospel but this song right here spoke to me. I'm living on campus which makes it extra hard and this morning I hated the world. I didn't want to speak to anyone but listening to this song helped me to be more kind. I listened to them as destiny's child grownin up used to record their music videos on VHS. I love all three, Beyonce, Kelly, and Michelle. But their solo stuff all has different meanings to me. Michelle's music touched me in rehab. For my low moments. I've always personally loved her voice the most and her music solo is really special to me and I'll be listening to it when I am old, knowing I got through the tough times with this song in particular. Glad I remembered to play it tonight, during some hard times.
