We’ve had 65 cases of COVID shut down going in and out of our reserve of course people were mad but in 2 weeks they were all cured then we open . then 2 more new COVID cases is going around here maybe but now they think it’s probably one the new ones

It’s clear you have learned ~a lot~ about the Cree peoples. Refrain from ever meeting them again, unless you have finally become a more accepting and open minded person to different opinions and lifestyles. When you as a white woman(or anyone whom isn’t native) allow your eyes to see only superficial things about them, and tell people only about the Cree’s drink, drugs and stealing problems, as opposed to their cultural, friendship/family values, etc, you are a racist, and promoting unrest between the White, Métis, and Native communities here in places like Saskatchewan and Alberta. These opinions are not unheard of, and they need to be challenged. I really hope you learn, and grow, and become a better person. You let your faith blanket you as a good person, without even needing to try. Stop being lazy and do the work. You got the chance to meet them and that’s all you got from it. I hope you’re happy.
