Not really that good of a bench tbh, but can't exactly blame the Sixers whatsoever after the PG signing and Tyrese Maxey ext., they didnt exactly have money. It reminds me of the Suns last year, where we were like "hey that's pretty good" for the little options they had, but still at the end of the day they didn't have depth, and the 76ers have 1.5 stars who are injury prone nowadays, so depth will be so important, which they don't really have.
Sixers are stacked now! Dangerous.

The sympathy for Monty Williams by the media is insane. He is owed nothing. He took a job he didn’t want and did his worst coaching job of his career. Literally didn’t coach at all. FOH

Thunder had the best offseason, they're the favorite to make it out of the west imo. Replaced Giddey with one of the best perimeter defenders in the league (Caruso) who can also hit the corner 3. I Hart is a phenomenal rebounder, good passer, and good defender. They need him in certain matchups, where lack of size hurt the Thunder last season.
People are underrating them because they didn’t sign a superstar but they got better where it mattered and where they needed.
Kings fan here, Harrison was a great role model and probably an excellent locker room guy, but last season he didnt perform up to par. Love the guy and wish him the best but DeMar is an upgrade in everyway. The fact the trade was graded this way just shows ESPN doesnt watch small market teams.

Why do the Sixers get glazed every offseason when it always ends the same. Solid regular season, Embiid flopping and foul baiting, getting injured then a bad playoff run follows it

Bradley Beal has to come off the bench or else that defense is really BBQ chicken. Even then the defense from the starting backcourt of Jones and Booker is still shaky.

Of course Philly is doing all they can to get good players around Embiid. I wished the Denver nuggets front office had that sense of urgency to help Jokic.
Washington has to be up there for worst offseason. Traded a 23-year old 14/7/7 guy starting a team friendly deal for a mid first pick in a weak draft. The No. 2 pick in the draft they had naturally via tanking from awful moves last offseason, they wasted on the worst lotto player in summer league history. The guy who was once their top trade asset in Tyus Jones left for nothing and for less money to the same team they claimed to "outsmart" last offseason, and they are still stuck with the other trade asset Kyle Kuzma whose value is at an all-time low to a point no one wants to take him, so they're stuck with him.
Monty williams started Killian Hayes during the start of the season, as well as saying he could be one of the best players in the league. He also played an almost 12-man rotation that clearly doesn't work in the nba and doesnt keep anyone in game rhythm. What are you seriously on about? Some of the takes on here are so bad and have nothing to back it up except for surface level thoughts.
The Pistons wanted to tank not sure where the disconnect was but it felt like Monty was leaning too hard into the lottery pick chase it made ownership mad

All the kings fans here know that this was a huge upgrade for us, idk what espn is smoking. Hb was becoming the 6th or even 7th option last season on offence. Hes a great leader and person, fans here in sac will miss him like crazy, but he was inconsistent and its ridiculous to say hes a better fit than demar because the kings "have too many players in the mid range". We needed another guy that can get his shot whenever, so its not just fox every 4th quarter, every game.
Love to see the Mavs being kept underrated

Mav's hit their ceiling last season, unlikely they reach the Finals again any time soon

@blablablaa14 bad rebounder for his position, unathletic, leaves a lot to be desired on the defensive end of the floor. Good 3 point shooter, but that's about it. The talent upgrade alone from him to derozan makes the trade good. I'm sure HB could be good for the spurs, but to think that he'll be anything more than just a good vet who hits 3s is fools gold

I’m going to rag on the Sixers this year in a similar fashion to how I ragged on the Celtics last year… the Celtics proved me wrong… but here’s the thing about Philadelphia…
Nothing matters for the sixers until they are healthy… it doesn’t matter on paper, enough, people need to be healthy. Philly will do well in the regular season but it doesn’t matter when they constantly fall short

OKC definitely had the best offseason. They separated themselves from the rest of the pack in the west with the acquisitions of caruso and hartenstein- especially with denver having lost KCP. Philly still isn't getting past the 2nd round

Hilarious that the DeMar trade was voted as the worst move, y’all don’t pay attention to the Kings. Harrison Barnes was a liability on both ends of the floor, he’s a DRASTIC upgrade to the roster. If the Lakers did that same trade I’m certain it would be the best move of the offseason right?

As a Nets fan who is slightly bias, the Nets had one of the best offseasons. They went from a team with absolutely no direction for years to come, and none of their picks, to 6 picks richer(trading a non all star btw), and getting two of their picks back, turning us into the Thunder of the East (strictly pick wise, not talent lol, we are like 2021 OKC of the east) all in the span of a night. 16 1sts and 11 2nds until 2031, with tradeable vets still on the roster for more picks. Jordi has also been a great coach for Team Canada. Not gonna act like we are the best as far as young talent but this is only year one and Cam Thomas is there, Nic Claxton people forget is all defense caliber player (was leading DPOY at one point the year kd and kyrie were traded) J Wilson (SL mvp) and Clowney have shown some promise. Getting a bunch of flyers on former top 10 picks in Killian, Zaire, and maybe Okoro (rumored), which i dont expect much outta the first two tbh but its never a bad idea to be taking flyers. Very solid and underrated but nobody really talks about the Nets, which is fine, our time will come.
If anyone even reads me yapping, no I didn't forget Dariq Whitehead, he was just out all last year and hasn't looked good since coming back so I'm not including him in the young talent that's shown promise lol. Doesn't mean I've given up on them though.
