i loved step!! this is a pretty tame workout compared to some of the stuff we would do.

It was a serious thing back then to get dressed up to workout😊 i dont care for The 90's and i haven't fully figured out why yet, but on the upbeat. The aerobic workout gave the body a nice soft yet firm look! And stomachs was flat!... Someone should bring this back out😍
Women get dressed up now to work out, it's just different from the 90's.
And waists cinched honey!
stomachs were flat also because we weren’t yet slipped seeds-oil in every food that destroys the gut (and then you get bloated people). Even McDonnalds used to cook in animal fat which yes has other stuff coming with it but doesn’t kill the gut like seed oils do.

@@Scythesyn be careful it was medical reasons that it was stopped in the past. Working out (crunches) and holding in is the healthiest way.💕😊

DVDs are obsolete. I don't even think they sell DVDs players in 2021.

I love this work out, as its very engaging and not too intense as the ones we see this day’s
However it would be nicer if they had done a tutorial on the physicalities that they were doing here, as I’m sure they had practised before hand.
Still this isn’t a limitation as I’ve learned over the many times I’ve enjoyed this work out.

Latoya for some reason started to wear white makeup in the late 80s...later she used darker shades again and still does to this day.
