Thank You so so much. You're a gem. I found out the culprit was a plugin I had been using for a very long time, but only giving problem recently. I deleted that plugin and redirection is gone. ❤ Thanks bro

Thanks a lot!, i'm not really sure why but, after i changed the name of the folder, the redirecting stopped, maybe it was a cache thing. I upgraded all the plugins and deleted unused themes.
