Sir im from pakistan and im ur fan but sir i have question and i understand that my question is not related with this topic but im hopefull that u will give me answer soon. and Question is:
A minor makes a contract with major by fraud,while making the contract the minor shows fake identity card that im in age of majority but actually he is not major or in age of majority. Will the major sue minor in torts or in contract ? in which one he can sue and on what base or reason he can sue..

Contract with minor is void, and even if minor concealed his age and pretend himself as major, suit cannot be filed against minor for that contract.
