Love how breaking the game made monty become a better animatronic in terms of chasing after triggering a staff bot, he just comes running from anywhere to *KILL* you
I can't believe that Giga Monty, a bug caused by breaking the very fabric of time and space, had better programming than any other animatronic AI in the game. Like, instead of teleporting to you, the Montys actually appear from an unknown location and Chase You Down. You can hear them coming. They're inevitable. It's terrifying, and it's exactly what this game is supposed to be like
It's like Giga-Monty is more accurate than the others as they could have been across the pizzaplex and suddenly get called and teleport in meanwhile Giga actually goes from his current location to the player. That's what makessome memorable horror games genuinely horrifying. You know something is coming, and you know you will die, but never knowing where and exactly when you will see them dashing at you to tackle you in your gob is what makes good horror games good and terrifying. Horror Game developers, make more things like Giga-Monty and Charles. You'll have better games and you'll get more people playing the game.
@@dragongamerandart The game I'm gonna make has something like that! It's a Hollow Knight styled Metroidvania + 2D Platformer that is ALSO a Horror game, and main antagonist Corvid, who is a humanoid blackbird creature, is constantly pursuing you. You can slow it down with your weapons, as well as traps/lures you craft from materials harvested from enemies, but can never outright kill it, and your only respites are the saferooms around the map that give a 30-second (or something like that) buffer between you and it (as well as heal you and restore your ammo). This whole gameplay concept is actually the main reason this game gripped it's claws into my psyche and made it my life's goal to make it
@@dragongamerandart The goofy thing is tmk his AI is the absolute base, meaning his programming is provably worse. Because all his AI is set to do is run at you, wherever you happen to be. Part of what makes him a bigger threat from the others is that the others have actual programming to make them something you can actually deal with with the game's intended mechanics. The monsters need to be able to miss or lose track of you which giga monty doesn't do because he has no programming past run at you due to being a version that is normally just glued to one place.
Literally this comment reminds me of a kid at the karate studio that every time we do point sparring this kid would just jump around like a kangaroo and stomp his feet expecting to score a point and when I asked him why he just said intimidation. This is a 12 year old brown belt I'm talking about. And that Montgomery stomping sound that giga Monty does sounds just like that kid
Or the scene from Jumanji (the board game one) where the guy is like, “STAMPEDE!” but replace the Rhinoceroses with alligators that have been melted into a metal.
Giga Monty is genuinely better and more horrifying that what the game desperately tries to do. The 10 seconds of pure silence after you get caught before hearing the hoard works so well.
It’s really funny how the game could be so broken to the point where Monty could have much better pathfinding than anything in the game. That points to to either the pathfinding being nerfed or the game is just extra screwed to the point where it broke properly lol.
@@autumn-vl5ez this makes me wonder What would happen if the game somehow spawned more burntraps (If it could even,it might be able to play the cutscene twice tho)
Spiff's story of how he acquired his cat is peak cat ownership. Many, many cat owners don't intend to get a cat. They just end up with one, either through shenanigans like Spiff, or a street cat just chooses you.
In my case it was an entire colony of 20 feral cats led by the one escaped stray who spawned them all. They stuck around for years and I had names for all of them. Only one is left now. He loves cuddles.
In my life we've gone out with the intent to adopt a cat for the sake of having a cat...never. When I was a kid I had four cats. Three of them died, and so my mom decided that the fourth one needed a new friend, so we adopted a kitten. Well, then the older cat peacefully passed away one day, and so my mom says the new kitten needs a kitten playmate. So we got a second kitten. The following summer my brother adopted a kitten without telling my mom while she and I were on vacation. Cut to a few years later, the first kitten passed away, but my brother has the other two cats. 2022 comes around and my brother finds a cat that keeps hanging around the apartment complex he works in, so he asks our mom to take the cat home and when he gets off work he'll take the cat to see if it's microchipped. She (the cat) had a collar and looked well fed and clean, so she wasn't a street cat. No microchip, no ID tag...put her picture on Facebook for a month and a half, no word from the owner. So we took her in. She's a little over a year old now. And then yesterday we went out of our way to adopt a new kitten for her to play with. It was my mom's idea, of course. She never wanted the street cat from last year but she's accepted her fate. We went one year without cats in the house. My mom's lived with cats for over 32 years. She doesn't hate them, but she's tired of cat hair being everywhere. She has no other issues with cats. She isn't allergic, she just hates how it sticks to the couch. Meanwhile when it comes to all 4 dogs we have in the house it was me asking my mom for them and somehow I keep convincing her it's a good idea to adopt another dog. I wonder if I can convince her to adopt a fifth one...
Seems like all the replies to this are in one-month intervals, so I guess it's my turn. My two current cats were kind of a gift. Not from a person, though. A stray showed up in the back yard one day, gave birth to two kittens, then disappeared. No one else was gonna feed them, so we did. Now they're ours. Thanks, random stray.
@@MythicRanger2401My mother got my cat. She found her in the trunk of her teacher's car. She asked the teacher if she could keep her, and her teacher said yes. The cat sat on her lap the entire day.
The AI for this game could use a little touch up, they really are hardly a challenge let alone scary once you get to know how they do stuff. Giga Monty shows just how terrifying this game could be if they were just a wee bit smarter.
@@Mqstodon I think they're more so referring to how they teleport around the same room if you get caught by a security bot, a good example is in the arcade with music man on the top floor with chica, if you get caught by a security bot chica will just teleport around a corner from you then after a second run towards you
@@Mqstodon they're actually okay to teleport but when your game is designed ENTIRELY around one hit kills you have to be really careful with how you implement it because any bug/weird spawning is going to be a way more negative experience for the player than it normally would. For instance, Chica teleports way too aggressively so half of the time dying to her feels extremely unsatisfying and cheap, especially when you aren't expecting it so you die and have to do 2 hours of gameplay all over again. This game is really cool because of how buggy it is but it was designed poorly sadly.
Giga Monty is legitimately and unironically my favorite thing I've seen from this game so far. The idea of... basically this unintentional guardian AI awakening from the shambled scripting of a broken save file, and duplicating itself to hunt you down, is so strangely ominous.
Seems oddly fitting for a FNaF game of all things to have something awaken from deep within it's code, what with the whole glitchtrap lore and what not.
They have taken the Atrium and the arcade. We have barred the gates but cannot hold them for long. The ground shakes...footsteps, footsteps in the pizzaplex. We cannot get out. The green shadow moves in the dark. We cannot get out. They are coming.
"No Sprint" Runs in other games: does the challenge normally and intended "No Sprint" Run in FNAF Security Breach: Quantum Physics and its consequences
Time travel is very delicate, and one way of doing so, with quantum physics, is to find a cosmic string. The cosmic string will essentially short cut you to another part of the Universe, but with how far away you are from Earth, and since time is apparently relative, more time passes on Earth than from where you are in space. Now, all you have to do is find a cosmic string that will give you the shortest route back to Earth. I am 14 and I can understand these concepts, even when I was either 11 or 9. Unfortunately, I can understand them, but like most other subjects, if an idea originated in my mind, I can’t try and do it in real life, because either my hand is shaky, I don’t have the physical materials, or my mind doesn’t have the know how of what to do to do it.
@@kartorrent7496 ah yes, Cosmic strings, aka strings from the hypothetical string theory Also... The only way to sort of time travel is to travel VERY quickly, you'll slow down time for yourself thanks to time dilation, but that's not "real" time travel
Also time doesn't work like that, it's the same time for everything traveling at the same speed (time dilation), through a wormhole you'd see your destination how it is right now, also a wormhole requieres a fuck ton of energy, to create a black hole with energy (Kugelblitz) would take all the energy that the sun would emit in 5 years all concentrated at the same time and point in space, so that won't work for logistical reasons
Giga Monty is scarier than any animatronic in the entire FNAF franchise. The stomping plus the ability to locate you even through Freddy, overwhelming him is terrifying
Monty was powerful and possibly could have made the game so much more intense, knowing he could come out of nowhere, but Gregory successfully turned Monty into an ankle-biting chihuahua gator
Giga Monty is how the animatronics should behave, not teleporting 2 meters behind the player when a security bot calls for them but instead sprinting at full speed towards the security bot, even as a viewer I felt very tense everytime the screen shook and you could hear Giga Monty getting closer and louder while you didn't even know from where he was coming from
Ngl I feel like the feeling of terror, while there, was kind of ruined by the sheer fucking NUMBER OF MONTIES. If it were the normal game and not a bug it WOULD be terrifying tho.
@Temper Star I just had a thought that Giga Monty's AI (as well as the AI of the other animatronics) Could have been Like this but was cut from normal gameplay. But whatever happened that Caused the Game to bug out like this brought the AI back. I have a feeling that The AI was cut before\around the time the Monty Boss fight was put into the game. But this is just my thoughts on the matter, with the game soo bugged who knows if the AI for the Main animatronics Was supposed to be like this or if there is some other line of code that was leftover-not finished for the final release of the Game.
@@PlatinumKingMaster it actually seems the pathing of Giga Monty isn’t exclusive to Monty. Other animatronics can have it too though in very specific scenarios. It’s interesting to say the least. The discord has been talking about it a bit. These giga variants are honestly terrifying in how good they are at killing you
Animatronics running from half-way across the pizza plex towards you feels a lot better, and is quite scarier than them just being tleported in behind you whenever you get caught by a staff bot. The better fear factor comes from knowing that the killer machine is on its way to you, but not knowing when and from where it will arrive, which keeps the tension high until eventually you start hearing them calling out for you, and feel the ground shake as they approach. Also its just not too goofy like them teleporting...
Blind Roxy actually has a mechanic like this, but instead she runs to where Gregory was spotted, not to his current location. This ends up looking dumb.
@@Schnort I mean it can make sense. Shes blind, so if hes being quiet after say startling a staff bot itd make sense shed rush to the noise. But if gregory is jumping and running around she should just run to him
I totally agree with this! I’d love to see a more smart/realistic ai. Can you imagine if they had amazing ai, and things like Chica voicebox actually made them worse for a little while? Or moon having his flight outside of daycare?
It’s crazy to me that this game is so broken that multiple streamers managed to glitch-in stronger versions of existing characters completely on accident.
33:38 Is legitimately one of the scariest build-ups to a death I have EVER seen. The rapid pounding in the distance, Monty saying "I will find you", and knowing it's too late when your entire screen starts quaking because of the MASSIVE HUNK OF METAL CHARGING TOWARDS IT. That was absolute perfection, and it was crafted by a bunch of confused, failing strings of code.
I know Dr. Who isn't the most reputable when it comes to quality control, but this episode really takes it to new limits, plot is all over the place and the Doctor has inexplicably turned into an animatronic bear. 4/5 stars Edit: okay, so like, never had this many likes on a comment as far as I know, also I don't even know what my brain was on when I said this.
fnaf 1: press CD+ to skip a night security breach: quantum freddy made the game far too complex and the unobtainable screwdriver led to a softlock, so we resorted to time travel
I love how Monty has become seen as this super strong, near unstoppable animatronic, not because that's how personality, but because he glitched out so hard he became the time barbarian.
They say don't time travel because one small action could destroy the world you know. I say don't time travel because if you do, you will be hunted by an army of insanely powerful humanoid alligators for the rest of your life.
In my years of speedrunning I have never seen a game break this catastrophically to a sequence break Then again I don't think I've ever seen a game that can be sequence broken nearly this much
33:33 is something straight out of a horror movie. He's calm, but then he hears it, and it doesn't quite click until he turns around, and then his instincts immediately kick in.
I'll accept "Giga Monty" but I would have gone with "Terminator Monty", time travel even creating duplicates. Also there is something poetic about the walk only run taking...six hours real time.
32:36 This sequence of events is fucking terrifying. With the random bangs, Freddy going "Well done, Gregory." and the Monty's surrounding you knowing you have no way of escaping.
This is even more absurd when you consider that all Spiff was trying to do was skip a single vent. It took breaking the space-time continuum, excessive amounts of cheese, and summoning a horde of gator shaped Terminators just to bypass a vent. He was just trying to not be sus. Edit: I've been thinking about it, and I'm starting to wonder if the Giga Montys are using some of Freddy's "summon" A.I (When you call him). They come in at full sprint, have pinpoint accuracy to Gregory, and don't lose track of you no matter where you are.
For your edit, that actually makes a lot of sense. If Freddy is kind of using Base AI, then Giga Monty, who is a freed up version of spotlight monty (a single time in the game where monty uses a spotlight and you have to avoid it), and who wasn't given any other codes, then yeah that would make sense
I’m assuming it’s the spotlight Monty, that somehow duplicated himself. That Monty never chases you, which might be why his programming makes him hunt you while your in Freddy.
@@arkura1812 A specific version of monty whitch appears on top of the check in building when freddy sends you to activate stage lift (right before moon catches him and brings him to vanessa) he can control the spotlight (weird mechanic that is used only once but he's supposed to give out your location to other animatronics) that's why devs needed a different version of monty, they just copied original one, removed all his limitations (like not being able to see you inside freddy) and gave him ability to interact with objects
Been binging random speed and challenge runs but this was the greatest messiness glitchfest of a challenge run I've ever seen. Thank you youtube recommended.
Brute forcing probably wouldnt have worked. Both are at the same speed and are in the same places, it's statistically near impossible for anything different to happen
I don't know if this is a hot take, but I really like how broken this game is, like is not cyberpunk-like broken but rather sm64-like broken, where you can abuse glitches so much that it becomes an entirely different game. Most broken games nowadays are just filled with visual glitches, which doesn't really affect gameplay on a significant way, while security breach is filled with significant gameplay related bugs that completely changes the experience. Of course, I rather have a polished game than a broken game, but this is very fun to watch
I feel the same. I was frustrated when the game first came out and Markiplier kept getting screwed by the bugs, and it still sucks but then I discovered Spiff and other content creators who take advantage of the bugs in fun ways like this and I began to enjoy the game in a whole other way

Gigamonty is the best enemy because he's the *best* kind of unfair, the surreal and hilarious unfair that either leaves you laughing hysterically or raging horrifically when you die, instead of leaving you sad and empty as you have to redo 15 minutes of gameplay over and over again
From what I've deduced , giga monty seems to be a fully broken a.i ,non of the limiters steel wool intentionally or unintentionally placed on the animatronics ai are working, he is on permanent agro once provoked and his path finding is souly concentrateded on Gregory regardless if he's in freddy or behind locked doors , monty will simply go straight for Gregory. The clones are most likely the result of your time travel shananingans spawning more montys then intended all these montys share the broken a.i , the only reason boss fight monty is safe is because he's only supposed to spawn once and has a separate a.i , otherwise you'd have met a dead end
this is why I love MOST of these types of games, they don't have anything stopping them, once they find you, it is not a matter of IF you die, it's WHEN you die...

He's the product of the greatest minds of a generation working together with the express purpose of building the dumbest moron who ever lived.Hey guys, did you know that in terms of human companionship, Flareon is actually NOT the most huggable pokemon? This is a common misconception, with the real most huggable pokemon being Sylveon, of course! A Sylveon is not only a great companion to cuddle and spend time with, but is also an expert at emotional support. They can use their ribbon-like feelers to read your emotions and therefore can know whenever you're sad, angry, lonely, etc, resulting in it always knowing exactly what's wrong without even needing to ask, helping it cheer you up accordingly. Since it evolved from its love for you, a Sylveon would probably be more affectionate than any other Eeveelution would be, allowing for prolonged sessions of cuddling or hugging to help cheer you up. Due to evolving from love, you can safely assume that it would have incredibly soft fur for cuddling or hugging. A Sylveon also has an impressive Special Defense stat of 130, meaning they are likely very calm and resistant to emotional damage. As a result of this, whenever you feel stressed out for any reason, or simply want someone to talk to, you can vent to it while hugging or cuddling, and it won't mind. Not only this, but Sylveon can also learn Calm Mind by TR, which can not only raise its special defense, but also get rid of any stress caused by venting to it. They can also learn and use moves such as Charm and Baby-Doll Eyes to make itself even more endearing. Let's not forget that Sylveon can also release a soothing aura from its feelersto calm you down, helping you deal with any anger or frustration you could ever face. Not only did Sylveon evolve because it loves you, it evolved because you love it, so it's safe to say even seeing your beloved Sylveon would cause a dopamine rush. As an added bonus, if you like going on walks, your Sylveon will wrap its feelers around your arm and walk with you. Sylveon are also known to battle against dragon pokemon many times larger than itself, so not only will your Sylveon provide amazing emotional support, your Sylveon will also defend you from any threat, should the time ever come that it would be required to.imagine an ancient computer with the last copy of undertale that couldnt be uploaded or transferred it would be the Unusual Golden Frying Pan of devicesDON'T EAT ASS IN THE HALLSHey guys did you know that in terms of water Pokemon inland, Vaporeon would be very capable of hunting grown humans? Their bodies being the size of a medium dog and weight are just enough to pounce on a man and throw him to the ground. Their bulky stats would allow them to shrug off and outlast any attempts by the human to fight them off, and that's not getting even into moves like Hydro Pump and Scald. But that's not all these water dogs have up their sleeves. Their bodies being so similar to water not only lets them hide in bodies of water and become nearly invisible to catch prey off guard, but allows them to enter the body through almost any orifice. Things do not get any better once a Vaporeon is inside of you. If asphyxiation doesn't kill you, the internal bleeding and displacement of internal organs certainly will. In addition, they are able to learn Charm, allowing them to take advantage of certain... desires humans may have and create even more opportunities to go in for the kill. But wait, there's more. Since Vaporeon is an omnivore, its cells would need to be able to digest proteins, such as those in meat. This only opens even more possibilities as to what these creatures are capable of.BITCH, RUNNING THROUGH THE HALLS, SLOW DOWN, SHOUTING NOISES THAT SOUND LIKE FUCK YOU sans.HEY, DID YOU KNOW THAT SPANKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN MY HOUSEHOLDBITCH, RUNNING THROUGH THE HALLS, SLOW DOWN, SHOUTING NOISES THAT SOUND LIKE FUCK YOU sans. I feel like the next logical question is "what if we intentionally break time" Don't even worry about beating the game or not sprinting, just see if you can replicate or even *IMPROVE* giga monty
I think this might be my favorite video ever. I find Spiff in general insanely funny and entertaining, and I think I’ve watched this video about 20 times at this point. There are sections I can recite word word word. I love putting this video on and turning my brain off. It’s great.
Initial goal: Dont go through small square space End goal: Time travel multiple times, figure out how to not break the spacetime continuum too much, survive a time travelling hitman squad of monty, phase through multiple solid doors with freddy
37:32 *AcousticForge* : Quickly! Someone get to making a montyverse mod where another Monty is added every ten minutes! *That one person who decided to make it happen a few months later* : Say less!
I feel like Giga Monty is the type of animatronic Scott wanted to put into the game. Just with less duplication. Every time Astralspiff triggered a security bot he would never know if he was safe or not. And when he heard Giga Monty coming his last words were always that of panic and desperation.
Yup. To be fair this is what i was expecting monty to be, an almost unstoppable force that gave chase, i also expected Roxy to outrun you every time and see trough walls.
@@YanYanicantbelievethistakenffs Instead. You get a slow lizard who has the advantage of being the only animatronic who has a fashion sense that prevents him from being stunned. A confused bird that some how has taste buds, a big appetite, and an exercising fetish. And an egoistical wolf who talks to herself more then actually doing her job and is supposed to see through walls but must be too busy carrying the conversation with herself in her one track mind to actually use her eyes. Vanny Is not even worth mentioning as she barely shows up through out the whole game and when she does she feel more like she is trying to gain attention rather then kill Gregory.
Giga Monty is legitimately an amazing example of what makes the enemies in these types of games terrifying, and it only accentuates just how shitty the enemies of Security Breach are in their current state. He reminds me of the Alien from Alien Isolation; once he hears you, he hunts relentlessly, and his footsteps are loud as fuck, causing you to go into panic mode the second you hear him barreling towards you. He doesn’t baby the player, but instead heavily punishes them for making a mistake, and organically approaches from across the map rather than teleporting to a random spot 10 feet away. It’s endlessly hilarious and extremely impressive to me that this game is so broken it fixes it’s AI when you do nothing but pick up an item early. This bug is fun, but it’s also melancholic in that it gives us a taste of what this game could have been, rather than the mess that we got. This game should have stayed in the oven for several more months, but at least the dough is squishy and fun to play with.
Finally, what I've been thinking in a nice concise comment! I've been arguing in comment threads for days saying that Fnaf SB fails at true Horror, and Giga Monty is, as bafflingly as it is sad, the truest example of horror this game could possibly produce. It's the Panic, it's the Stress, it's the Tension of the situation and the Fear that a mistake will Summon Him. In the base game that never shows up! Each animatronic getting alerted is just a minor inconvenience unless you're in the No Save Gauntlet but that stress really just comes from the complete loss of progress rather than fear or horror, I'd say.
Ok, so, Freddy is the god of Quantum Physics, Moondrop is the timekeeper, the screwdriver is the key to all existence and Monty learned how to press copy paste. That’s how I remembered it.
If I were to guess, it's possible that the game has checks for where Monty *should* be. When you didn't finish segments where he was, the game may have stored that Monty. Thus, multiple Monties are available to call, which the game does whenever roaming Monties are required. The game never intended for any of these segments to go unfinished, so we have the multiple stored instances all spawn in any time the game calls for him. Theoretically, if all the other animatronics work on the same code, we could have Giga variants of all of them. Only if you can leave their segments early, of course.
@@richard-bq5hv Maybe there are multiple stores ais separate from the animatronics' movement speed statistics, and the giga Monty was the result of the secondary spawned Montys loading the wrong AI.
Maybe the montys could be scrapped vers of a hard mode that might have been intended for the game, ehich could explain the amazing ai but why other montys are generated and randomly is beyond me they could still be from a idealized hard mode but thats stretching it. I do think the first comment is pretty accurate but we dont have sny code on it
Watching my man get charged down by a fucking conga line of crocodilians is possibly the greatest thing this game held together by sheer willpower has ever produced. Someone needs to make a giga-Monty mod.
I think the best part is that giga monty is only a little bit above the standard that the rest of the animatronics should be held to. Genuinely scary to know that if a security bot sees you, monty WILL find you and WILL get you
I love how the Ai of a glitched version of Monty, that was most likely never intended, has *better* pathing than the actual AI Steel Wool had programmed. Also as a tiny note, I feel like this challenge made it pretty clear that the game would've been better and probably just a tiny bit more faithful to the fnaf franchise if sprinting wasn't added. Not sprinting makes the cameras and stealth a necessity early on,. Add this along with Spiff's other jumpless run and it's made even more important since you can't escape the animatronics by hopping on a table. In all the game probably would've been better without running/jumping and it's not like it would be that hard to change it retroactively, just slow down the music men and get rid of the 2-3 mandatory jumping sections of the game. How do you explain the inability to run? Well they already have a line for that. Freddy's "I can sense you are broken" could be him referring to Gregory damaging his leg or something while crawling into his chest compartment, hence why he wouldn't be able to run. Getting rid of jumping and running wouldn't just make the make scarier/harder. it would also get rid of the 40 percent of the bugs caused by jumping and sprinting in some portions.
it like, HAS to be some simplified original AI, that got patched out or had a ton of random shit added to it bc beta testers thought it was too unfair or something. The entire game seems kinda built around stealth, fear, and terror at the idea of being caught by a staffbot, trying to hide and evade them, but with random shit stacked atop it, like massive run speed upgrades that let you outrun animatronics, tools to stun them, and hiding places being festooned about. i can only assume that was built around being harder, then was nerfed into the ground for some asinine reason either that, or it just breaks every single part of the AI except "run towards gregory", and somehow this creates a better balanced AI for horror
His AI is just a stripped version of Monty's. He works the same, except he isn't programmed to lose track of you if you escape him, thus making him harder. As an actual feature in the game, if he could actually walk around like other animatronics, it would be very, very unfair.
@@fedyfabuh3100 That's not an excuse to not get the jump out of the mechanics, besides Freddy is faster than Gregory. One good thing for the traveling through the pizzaplex would've been shortcuts and things like that that you have to unlock after beating the area challenge, like in RE4 (or any silent hill or RE game now that I actually think about it), that would also maybe help with the loading sections. Probably.
I think what happened with Giga Monty was that the timelines shifting and resetting caused Broken Monty and Withering Monty to fuse. See, when Astral first played through and forgot the screwdriver, he'd killed Monty already, so his model would then on be Broken Monty. Broken Monty has high speed. However, Astral's obtaining of the screwdriver triggered the Vanny cutscene to play, setting the time to before Monty was killed. This should have reset Monty's model to its Withering form, but, obviously, that didn't happen. Instead, Giga Monty appeared. Giga Monty uses Monty's model and immunities. Because the game was broken by the screwdriver, it had trouble verifying Monty's properties, and used the speed of Broken Monty, but the model and immunities of Monty, summoning the most terrifying demon humanity has ever seen. Now, why'd Monty multiply? My best guess is that the model properties and types caused the game to have issues with spawning Monty, spawning multiple of him. This would also explain the location of Giga Monty's spawn, since Broken Monty sometimes spawns in the Atrium. The security bots would trigger Monty's spawn and alert all animatronics in the area. This alerted Giga Monty, who wasn't yet spawned, but who's entity was forced to move to Gregory's location. Of course, this is only a theory.
I wanna add to this but there is a moment when you are going to play the booth to go to the repair and at that moment they spawn 3 montys near the spotlight so it all merged cus of glitchs
It is also possible that Giga Monty is an extremely intelligent AI that was originally used as the animatronic AI for Monty. This was supposed to make the game scary since the animatronics would learn more and more on how to find you. Unfortunately, they left the computer on for to long and Giga Monty gained sentience. Steel Wool knew that they had created a dangerous being. Steel Wool hid Giga Monty’s AI in the code of the game and erased the AI of all the animatronics completely. This is why the AI is really funky in the finished game. They had to find a alternative. However, the game was broken so much that Giga Monty was summoned from the code hidden within the files. (This whole thing is a joke. I don’t think steel wool studio made sentient AI)
Even though they found a way without breaking the space-time continuum, I'm so glad they did. We would have never met Time Lord GigaMonty otherwise. Honestly, one of the funniest and most frightening AI's in FNAF games.
I'm just thinking about how Spiff literally broke the timeline into pieces and poorly rearranged them just to skip a single vent that couldn't be survived without sprinting because the wind-up Music Man was always faster than the player. Incorrect sequences of missions, multiplied Monty's that are out for blood, and picking up a single screwdriver to enter places and times where Spiff shouldn't have been, just to skip a vent. Dear god.
When Monty says "We're only trying to help" he he really wanted to emphasize the 'we' but he thought the other animatronics were slacking off so he just cloned himself and said "If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself" Also, Monty saying "Don't be scared" while being that broken is some biblically accurate angels type of vibe
I think what makes him scary is that you know you can’t hide or run from him. It’s a feeling of hopelessness. You hear his many metallic feet pounding on the ground and know that there is nothing you can do. Along with the fact Giga Month is a glitch. We don’t know how he functions completely. You may glitch the game further and make him even more powerful. All you know for certain is that if he find you, you are dead. Giga Monty is the most terrifying creature is gaming
@@WooperGamerYT The problem is, he always knows where you are, he just can’t always reach you You can hide but he just sits outside, and if you jump somewhere he stands on ground level waiting
31:26 the genuine shock of Spiff followed by the amazement and confusion of the chat and the chaos that ensued thereafter was honestly... artful... I found this unspeakably funny...
Local Gator literally too angry to allow his rage to be diminished by changes in the timeline so creates time clones to hunt down the one who Moon failed to stop
26:45 "Time travel is NOT taken lightly in the Pizza Plex" is such an absurdly hilarious quote for me. Security Breach is such a beautiful mess. Even though it's a terrible game there are thousands of videos of people breaking it in unique ways and hundreds of people like Spiff finding creative ways to enjoy how broken it is. Cant wait for Ruin DLC
i absolutely adore the fact that this game is built like an RPGMaker game with 3D models. events are tied to large areas like rooms and they aren't often reused by placing story-related barriers, which is how time travel seems to happen. i may not be remotely knowledgeable about game design, but i do find it fascinating.
The virgin normal monty: - Relies on teleporting to places and is easily defeated - Cannot find you if you are on a elevated surface - Super slow, walks too much - Not very intimidating - Only chases you by himself - Wastes energy by attempting to tackle too often and not well enough The chad giga-monty: - Always knows a way to your location and does not teleport - Knows exactly where you are, he even knows if you are inside freddy - Extremely fast - Very intimidating, instills dread in whoever stands in his path - Travels in a pack of several clones of himself, easily trapping the player if they are inside freddy - Does not try to tackle often, and if he does, he has expert precision
So what I am hearing is that giga-Monty sounds like a mix of a normal wolf and Monty. As it can tell where you are wherever you are, (this can be explained as it having superior hearing allowing it tell the general direction of where the alert is coming from) hunts in packs like a normal wolf and leaps like Monty making it the perfect hunter for a slightly more realistic experience.
So this game gives you the ability to turn time back and forth, but that in turns creates a Time Guardian (Moon) and an almighty Monty. I think Steel Wool might be geniuses.
And this, is why security breach is the perfect game, never was intended to be a time travel game, but somehow became the most accurate time travel game of all time.
The monty brigade works (in terms of running to the position instead of teleporting) how the machines probably should work in the regular game (not the ruthless attacking, that's a bit much for a regular game)
Gregory: "I'm not going to sprint."

The monsters need to be able to miss or lose track of you which giga monty doesn't do because he has no programming past run at you due to being a version that is normally just glued to one place.

The AI for this game could use a little touch up, they really are hardly a challenge let alone scary once you get to know how they do stuff. Giga Monty shows just how terrifying this game could be if they were just a wee bit smarter.
I think the big issue with the AI is how much they teleport. That should not be something implemented in a horror game like this.
@@bluerious5475 how is rhe game supposed to work otherwise? The pizzaplex is too big

@@Mqstodon they're actually okay to teleport but when your game is designed ENTIRELY around one hit kills you have to be really careful with how you implement it because any bug/weird spawning is going to be a way more negative experience for the player than it normally would. This game is really cool because of how buggy it is but it was designed poorly sadly.

"No Sprint" Run in FNAF Security Breach: Quantum Physics and its consequences
Ok didnt have to flex about being 14 but ok
@@kartorrent7496 ah yes, Cosmic strings, aka strings from the hypothetical string theory
Also...

Animatronics running from half-way across the pizza plex towards you feels a lot better, and is quite scarier than them just being tleported in behind you whenever you get caught by a staff bot.

He's not just a regular moron. Sylveon are also known to battle against dragon pokemon many times larger than itself, so not only will your Sylveon provide amazing emotional support, your Sylveon will also defend you from any threat, should the time ever come that it would be required to.imagine an ancient computer with the last copy of undertale that couldnt be uploaded or transferred

IN THE HALLSHey guys did you know that in terms of water Pokemon inland, Vaporeon would be very capable of hunting grown humans? This only opens even more possibilities as to what these creatures are capable of.BITCH, RUNNING THROUGH THE HALLS, SLOW DOWN, SHOUTING NOISES THAT SOUND LIKE FUCK YOU sans.HEY, DID YOU KNOW THAT

Amazing reference to Scott Cawthon's tweet about how Security Breach was progressing. With the cake.
I love how Monties just keep spawning like as if they were the actual time-police, here to stop you.
Spiff's horrified face after seeing the Montys waiting for him is just pure gold
Ok, so, Freddy is the god of Quantum Physics, Moondrop is the timekeeper, the screwdriver is the key to all existence and Monty learned how to press copy paste.

But if they are just regular montys, then why is their ai different?
@@richard-bq5hv because of everything else, he just broke everything relating to monty.
Genuinely scary to know that if a security bot sees you, monty WILL find you and WILL get you
Until recently, we've had no idea what created Giga Monty, and the fact that he transcends the game's already broken timeline makes it so terrifying.
The entire game seems kinda built around stealth, fear, and terror at the idea of being caught by a staffbot, trying to hide and evade them, but with random shit stacked atop it, like massive run speed upgrades that let you outrun animatronics, tools to stun them, and hiding places being festooned about. i can only assume that was built around being harder, then was nerfed into the ground for some asinine reason
either that, or it just breaks every single part of the AI except "run towards gregory", and somehow this creates a better balanced AI for horror
Probably.
Yes that is a tiny note
As of the latest stream. Turns out giga Was intended!
Also the game calls them shattered
Well what about the fact of Monty always chasing you (even in Freddy)
I don’t think steel wool studio made sentient AI)
... A GAME THEORY
Even though they found a way without breaking the space-time continuum, I'm so glad they did. We would have never met Time Lord GigaMonty otherwise. Honestly, one of the funniest and most frightening AI's in FNAF games.

i absolutely adore the fact that this game is built like an RPGMaker game with 3D models. events are tied to large areas like rooms and they aren't often reused by placing story-related barriers, which is how time travel seems to happen. i may not be remotely knowledgeable about game design, but i do find it fascinating.
The virgin normal monty:
- Relies on teleporting to places and is easily defeated
- Cannot find you if you are on a elevated surface
- Super slow, walks too much
- Not very intimidating
- Only chases you by himself
- Wastes energy by attempting to tackle too often and not well enough
The chad giga-monty:
- Always knows a way to your location and does not teleport
- Knows exactly where you are, he even knows if you are inside freddy
- Extremely fast
- Very intimidating, instills dread in whoever stands in his path
- Travels in a pack of several clones of himself, easily trapping the player if they are inside freddy
- Does not try to tackle often, and if he does, he has expert precision
So what I am hearing is that giga-Monty sounds like a mix of a normal wolf and Monty. As it can tell where you are wherever you are, (this can be explained as it having superior hearing allowing it tell the general direction of where the alert is coming from) hunts in packs like a normal wolf and leaps like Monty making it the perfect hunter for a slightly more realistic experience.
nice.
