No Harvey they are not always honest. I've had 2 that were more dishonest than anything. One for divorce and the other to help my brother with his custody case.

Depends. Some sell themselves on “you only pay if we win!” But they are usually taking more from you, and will only take a case they feel will be an easy win.

Any other case. The judge will make the defendant win. The plaintiff doesn't have proof. Didn't even bring his documents. She gave the “Fellow Attorney” 72 hours to come up with why he billed an additional $250, but if this WASNT an Attorney, then she would have ruled. Sorry Judge, but you’re showing bias, which destroys YOUR credibility as an impartial Judge
@christibarrick1768 this is the time to have all the proof as the plaintiff is the one that chooses when to file and go to court so he should be ready with all the documents needed.
She’s given many people time to prove their case/show evidence after the fact. I’ve binge watched every episode they put on UA-cam😂 It’s rare but she does do it😊
A lawyer's job is to be dishonest. They will lie and turn and twist facts to get the best possible outcome for their client, even if they know they are guilty.
Okay, so what happened here was? The lawyer was in the wrong but because he was a lawyer. Not only did this judge not interrupt him. She gave him more time to go outside to look for and/or make up a lie as to whether 250 went. Because she's a lawyer as well. So she was giving him the benefit of the doubt. He came back with nothing, and then she gave him an extra 72 hours to think of a lie. What is disgusting example of judge lawyer bias.
HELL I INVESTED 14MIN 49SEC & STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT THE $250 WAS FOR ....THE PLAINTIFF WASN'T PREPARED THAT'S PROBABLY WHY THE DEFENDANT LOST HIS CASE SMDH.

the lawyer lost BOTH cases . lets not call him if we need one .
Being that he is a lawyer, she shouldn’t have gave him extra time to provide the emails
He def should have had his ish together
Agree! The average plaintiff is SOL if they don’t have evidence. Seems like she is protecting one of her own which is wrong.
Completely agree he should know better

he lost BOTH cases so im sure he will not come up with anything if he could not even do it on the actual day in front of the judge .
And the $250 is still a mystery!
He didn't produce it and the defendant had better things to do with his time.
SO, what was the outcome on the $250 ?????????????
Could possibly have been a net judgement for the plaintiff of $4.00!
The plaintiff won
We don't know. Normally Harvey tells us. Not in this case.
She should have found in the defendants favor on the 250.
i wouldnt hire that lawyer

Harvey had one simple job at the end of it, but instead chose to talk about lawyer fees or whatever that was!

I always thought you pay a lawyer wether they win or not.🤔
Nope it’s called quid pro quo
With good lawyers, yes. You pay them no matter what because they know their value.

How the h€!! is a lawyer not able to provide an accounting 😏
He’s a lawyer and suing for $250 can’t be much of a lawyer ! If h was a good lawyer that would be a drop in the bucket .desperate for money
Wasn't a lot of $$ at stake. Lawyer should have let it go, especially since he blew the case.

I think that it was a case of sour grapes by the defendant and his retribution was making a half assed complaint to the bar against the plaintiff.
I think he was trying to avoid going to court again. Like Harvey said at the end, you can contact the Bar to mediate attorney fee disputes.
I believe the plaintiff couldn't provide the proof, saving face and he lost ....
Why does the defendant look so excited to have lost the case 2:49 😂😂😂
He wanted an accounting. And he got it! Except for the 250.
How did the plaintiff pass the bar?
I have had an incompetent lawyer like this fool.
Not everyone is good at what they do, even if
they charge $350. an hour.
So what happened to the lawyers 250 document? Did it ever show up?
