I have them, and the battery has died so fast. My dog loves running up and down the stairs, and I think the sensors run out of battery when not in use. They need an overhaul. I have to reconnect them and see if there is an update on each one because all of mine are dead now-all six of them.
That is a shame they don't have enough battery for your home. I've only had to charge mine twice since the video but we don't use those stairs a lot at night.
