Russian Red ❤ I could tell which one i liked before you even put it on but it makes your complexion look better than the Ruby Woo after seeing them compared.
They are equally attractive on you. I don't see enough of a difference to matter...just wear the one that matches your nail color and outfit best. For myself, I would probably go with the Russian Red, if I were into bold red lips.

I’ve been hunting for “the perfect red lip” for literally decades- last year my sister gave me the mini version of these two- love them, but this year I got a Fenty red and it’s taken the lead- so far it’s literally my PERFECT red! (Cool tones, rich with pigment and not too light nor too dark!🥰🥰)
Russian Red makes your facial contrast look more defined and “snatched.” Ruby Woo makes your features look brighter, especially your eyes, but this extra brightness decreases your contrast. They look almost the same color but the effect is visibly different. Color theory is crazy!

Russian red is a blue base (my choice for you) and ruby woo is a pink base. They wanted to target more skin tones. The scarlet color is best on warm tones :) the blue base is good for cool tones and pink is good for neutral. I love winter colors so i always choose blue base for the darker effect so i think it looks good on everyone but we're all different. Its all about the style youre going for.
