As temperature is approaching 45 Degrees, can you please tell me, in this whole process do I have to sit under sun for long time, or walk bare foot, as the Tile/floor will be burning hot.

Sir, bharat seva shram, doesn't charge anything. Except for registration of₹ 10, which includes food and book. Staying there is also completely free there.

Yes you can. Also every hotel has it's preferred purohit. You can negotiate at the beginning and arrive at a comfortable rate suitable to you.
