Not quite, it will last 40 seconds withe 100% buff duration up, which is enough to get right to the end of round 2 or so. I wasn't fast enough here but you can just barely have them last long enough for senas attack to still be buffed at the start of round 4. And then I will reapply the buffs in round 4 and 5.
